I got two phone calls from 204-272-4966 at about 2:00 am.  No voicemail - I didn't answer the calls.

i would like to file a complaint against one of your customers who has been prank calling me and numerous other people - when i googled the number i found 2 websites with long lists of complaints against this number, all the same as me = this person calls and calls and calls but says nothing. one time a man spoke in muffled spanish but it was unintelligible. the number is 204-272-4966 each time i call back there is a busy signal. this persons service should be investigated and or shut off. i will continue to email you each time this happens until it stops. thank you, erin von holdt.

same same same, calling me on and off for days. once spoke in muffled spanish but otherwise says nothing. i think it's a computer generated caller because it is always a weird signal when you call back. why doesn't verizon wireless offer call blocking like they do on home phones. i find this astonishing.

I received several blocked calls and i didnt answer.  Later I received a call showing # 202-272-4966, but i didnt answered either.  Its an unknow #, and now that i see the comments posted under this # i will never answer it and i suggest you do the same thing

Me too. I've had the exact same situation as everyone here with the 204 the 502 and the private calls. Its really irratating.  AND this person calls several times in a row!!!!  I hope someone can figure out how to stop this.
I have verizon cell.  Could this be the connection between all of us?

Got a call at 8:55 8/17/07 from this number(I never answered). Was tring to figure out who it was by doing a search,says its from Manitoba,then I found this. WHAT IS GOIN ON?????? Who is this freak or is it some kind of technical malfunction? Doesn't really sound like it. The person is probably getting a kick out of getting all this attention.?.?.?

This person just called me, left a message and it sounded like he was hitting the keypad over and over

Pretty much the same story.  My wife received six calls in a row.  The number displayed on the first few, then switched over to "Private".  No answer at any time.  I don't know much of communications hacking or hijacking, but it makes me wonder if these characters are somehow highjacking network comms for illegal calls, the same way people used to steal cable TV service?  I think the best bet is to not answer at all so they don't know they've reached an active number.

just got a call from this number. Whoever it was just hung up. I searched the number to try to find who it was and found this. Kinda freaky eh?

Man speaks in spanish.  He tries to tell me something and I hang up.  then I get 2 text messages, in spanish, about how my cell phone number has won $25,000 and a new toyota camry.  I'm supposed to call international phone numbers to collect my prize.

well i just revceived a phone call from this number...it's my friend from brazil...i dunno why it says it's from minitoba canada, he lives in brazil and this is his home number???????????????????????????????????

I got two unvailable calls, and then a call from this number within 4 minutes.  They left 1 message which had a person barking like a dog with takling in the background

this person has been callin me once a day for the past week. it started when i've been tryin to get more information about my credit and i signed up for these various credit report things. i think somehow someone got my number from that. if someone finds out who it is or how to stop, please let us know!

i was sitting at my desk and someone called like 20 times from this number when i called back on my cell it was busy but i called back on my office phone i got some womens cell phone the number is from canada its 340 in las vegas where i live right now

I was sitting at my desk at approx. 3:30pm and I received a call from the 204-272-4966 four times in a row. I did not answer my phone. Then I received another call from an unavailable number right after that. No voice mail was left. Now as I was typing, I just received another call, but it was from a phone number with a 504 area code. When this happened my friend and I decided to google it and this is what we found. Scarey! Oh my god! It just called again from the 204-272-4966!

How very odd!  I have recieved 3 phone calls from this number within a 20 minute period.  I do not answer numbers that I don't recognise unless they leave a voice mail and I did not recieve any messages.  Finally when (presumably) the same caller dialed me AGAIN, this time from an "Unavailable" number, I decided to google (204) 272-4966 and this message board is what I found.  Alas, I have no more information to provide than what has already been posted but it seems that the person to whom this number belongs has entirely too much time on his or her hands!  >grin<

i noticed two missed calls on my cel phone and when i tried to call them back the phone was busy. i tried calling later and i recieved a message saying my call could not be connected. who is this coming from?

The caller called me once and says Hello in spanish and hangs up when i try to say something, then  right after i get 3 more calls saying private call even though it was same person, but trying to hide their number.

i have this thing on my cell phone and it says where the call is coming from. (even if i dont know the number) and it listed MB. i answerd and they hung up. i called back, but its been busy since they called at 130pm. also, a 502-243-56012 called right after that. the numbers to long to be a phone number but thats what it reads.

one time - I received same as above, caller says nothing and no voice mail.
another time - after I  said my name and hello the caller hung up

I received a call from 505-680-0249 when I answered I could hear someone on the other end but they would not responed when I said hello several times. Immediately following the call I received another call from 204-272-4966 I didn't answer I googled both numbers the first number (505) is a NM number the second number (204) said its from Manitoba. I received 6 consecutive calls from this number which I did not answer. No voicemail was left.

I received numerous calls today from this number.  Whoever it is laughs into the phone and makes muffled noises.
