Got a call from this number, caller id gave the name Manitoba, that person claimed he is from Microsoft and would show me how to correct my system. When I said no I am not interested he started using racially abusive language.

I just received the same sort of call.  It was very difficult to understand so I hung up.  I * 69 and got the number.
I phoned and was told  by someone this was an engineering company.

I recieved several calls from this number an oriental woman named jennifer claimed to be from mircosoft. l called back once got a woman with a screaming kid in the background she said several people had called her they were changing thier number. It's a scam for sure.

It is a scam. There is no way they can know anything about the state of your computer and they have not received reports about it from anyone.  They are not in the least way associated with Microsoft in any official capacity of tech support. It's all a scam to gain remote access to your computer for nefarious purposes.

They call almost every day,this number-204-356-2347-was on the caller Id,there's never anybody there when we pick up. But today someone was. Said his name was Jeff,was very hard to understand,seemed to be on purpose. He said there was a report that something was wrong with my computer. When I asked what company he was calling from he answerd On Line PC Support. He wanted me to go to my computer,I wouldn't do it.

Got the same scam.  Caller ID gave this phone number and the name "Lynn Lake".  Said she was from Microsoft.  Oriental, could barely speak English.  Wanted me to go to my computer and she would show me how to "fix the problems" they have detected.  yeah, right!
