Received a call from 204-480-0203. I didn't answer. Called them back- disconnected. Scammers !?

wanted to make me an offer on a truck i had for sale. said his name was matt. ironmatt1@live.com  i called him back @480-0203 and the number was "disconnected"-in just 5 mins. i smell a rat

Got at call from these people 3 days in a row, first two times they hung up, today they said there were from out service department for our copiers, they wanted the serial numbers off of our copier.  TONER PIRATES.  The next call would have been from them saying that they have toner at a special discounted rate and they are going to ship us out a couple at the regular rate...SCAM

call repeatedly and all different times of day. they just hang up.

The name on my call message log is shown as "000 000 0000" with the phone number 204 480 0203. The call went to my answering machine and ended with a female phone saying "Goodbye".This call came at 12:59 am. I've had four calls from the 10 zeros in the last two days.

I received the same call today.  He said he was from Microsoft and that my computer was sending out blocking message.  He would assist me to fix my computer.  I questioned him about being from Microsoft and he said no, not really.  What a scam.   I hung up.

received a call from 204-480-0203 and they would not say who they were when i called them back....probably some illegal, scam operators....wish i could get their home number and call them back and hassle them...

Got a call from them March 21st.  Caller ID said 'None', which seemed weird.  I didn't answer, but I've been going back through my phone looking at all the numbers that have called recently, and there are a lot of these!

k what does it take to get rid of scammers ! After reading a few comments posted on this site, I'm sure that was a scammer calling my cell ! Now on my block list. # showed on cell but caller id was labeled unavailable. Don't answer #'s I do not recognize on cell or land line.

Called yesterday and today.  No message left.

This guy called yesterday with an east indian accent saying I had a problem with my computer, just like the post above.

received call from this number. no one answered only hung up as we answered phone.  Called back number disconnected.

I got a call from this scammer, left no message, and IF i get ahold of this ^&^% look out, he might have dialed homocide.

Got a call from this number today..male with a foreign accent advised me that my computer required a computer clean-up concerning my Windows application..I didn't fall for it!

Got a call trying to get some info from my computer say they were a windows repair person. Coincidently she had an Indian accent. Hung up and called the number on my call display and the number is disconnected.

I got 2 calls within minutes from this number at 9 PM on Saturday. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize on my cell phone. They didn't leave a message and I'm not calling them back. That number has called me numerous times before; time to use my call blocker on it. LOL

wanted to get to my computer to help me remove unwanted stuff from it.  He says that he is involved with all of the internet providers and named the ones we have in winnipeg.

got a call from this number tnyoday and the id said "Anonymous"  no asnwer on other end so i hung up.

after reading this im glad im not the only one,  and i will never give personal info to anyone!!!

Keep getting calls from this number and no one says anything.  Tried to call the number back and the message says it is out of service.  Gave me the creeps so checked it out here.  Good to know we're not alone and will be aware of potential scams.

Three calls from this number in the last 2 days.  First one enquired as to the number of smokers in the house.  I hung up the phone at that point.  The last two calls were silent.  Cooking up obscenities to utter to the next caller from this number.

i think its a scammer phishing for personal info

Received a call from this # (204.480.0203) stating they were from Visa & Master Card Verification Services. Pressed the guy for where he got my information to which he replied 'Visa & Master Card' so i asked 'Well since my bank provided you with the information, what type of card do i have and what bank do i have it with?' after about 2 seconds of dead air he hung up the phone.

After cruising this thread it is safe to say that this is a # used for a variety of phishing scams. If you get a call from this # just hang up and for the love of god DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

6:30 PM from V0924073030007 (but the number was different - 204-480-0203)

The call from 204-272-1275 I hung up right away when I heard nothing after a second or 2.

The call from 204-480-0203 (I decided to stay on the line just to see what they said after reading about what other people have reported from 204-272-1275) the woman asked me if there were any smokers in the house - I said No.  And then she asked if anyone suffered from asthma etc. - I refused to answer.  Then she asked again saying there are 8 questions if I was willing to co-operate & I said I am not willing to answer & I had to go & I hung up.  Every time I answered, there was a 2 second gap of silence before she started talking again so I imagine the call originated from overseas.

I received a call from 204-480-0203 yesterday and again today.   Yesterday the guy (with a very heavy foreign accent) said he was from a Windows company and that there were some problems with my computer.  When my husband came on the phone and started asking questions as to the legitimacy of the call, we were hung up on.  I did contact the police non-emergency department.  Today I received a call again telling me the same thing.  I told him that I did not believe they were a legit company, that they had called yesterday and had hung up on us when we started asking questions and that I had contacted the police fraud dept.  He acted so offended and told me I couldn't speak to him that way and then I hung up.  Beware!  The scammers are on the prowl!!!

This is a fake number used by more than one company....they are nothing but a bunch of scammers...do not give any computer or credit card information.  I also get calls from this number as well as 414-123-4567.  These people claim to be giving a travel voucher because we went on a time share tour in Vegas last year...I contacted the company who did the tour "Grandview marketing"  they guaranteed that they were not giving any travel vouchers and my information was not sold or given out to anyone else for marketing purposes.

got the same call on my cell. Also recording o0n voicemail that number cancelled or not in service.

Received a call from Ceylon today Ph. #204-480-0203 (on my call display).  Informed me there are some issues with my computer and that they are contracted by Microsoft to do fixes.  I said I would contact Microsoft directly if I have any concerns and did not want Ceylon's assistance.  The fellow tried to further convice me about their association with microsoft.  Told them there are too many scams of the nature and hung up.

Got a call which showed this number, but it was really from a friend of mine in Minot, North Dakota who has a really different phone number - definitely wierd

m getting call but no1 speaks . if i call back it does not connects..i tried to massage and ask but i got reply that sorry we tried 3times but massage could not be delevired..do anyone knows what is this ? who is this?

This # has called 2x, I didn't answer the call but if you call this # back it's "not inservice".
The name that comes up on my call display is CEYLON.  Scammers!!!
