called my dad's house asked for him by name. Told him that he was not available, he responded will call back. I asked what it was about he said he was calling on behalf of ( garbled response) then he hung up.

Received a call from 2044801173.  Heavy breathing at first.  Asked for someone who didn't live here and then he said you will do. Gave me the Police Blurb and Donations for Kids.  I told him to go find who he was trying to call in the first place and hung up.  He sounded weird anyway, not like a respectable Police Officer that was doing Fund Raising for Children.

Got a cxall from this number, and they left a wierd msg saying "Try me" In a creepy voice at the end of the msg...

The guy called to speak to my husband, who wasn't home and then said he was doing some fundraising. He didn't leave a message.

got a call from this numb,er was a girl saying something about a compltint tho did noting worng

This number has called every five minutes. I have blocked it last week! The number keeps coming up tonight every five to ten minutes.

This number calls me everyday- never forgetting to do it. Usually I ignore it, when I answer they ask me for money. Canadian police association, in Ottawa. Details are vague, I'm pretty sure its a scam. When I call back you don't get through.

This number has called our household twice in the past week. Last Tues and now today. My husband answered it last Tuesday, and heard breathing then the number hung up, and when he tried to call back, he said he couldn't even explain what it was he heard and it was just very strange.  I answered it just now, and heard breathing then the person hung up. I tried to call the number back and it said it was the "Canadian police info line system"  trying to alert the public of new information in the most cost effective way" possible...

Hope this guy gets caught, and fast!!

Just received a call from this number claiming to be from the Canadian Police Association asking for donations to educate kids (through a kops for kids fund raising) / He was asking for donations  for $20, $40,$60 or more. I replied I do not donate ever over the phone, so could he send me some information by mail and I would consider it. He replied that they don't do that but was still trying to get me to donate. I said a firm NO and he hung up.

Today I got a call from this number asking for money. A man said he was calling on behalf of Police Association asking for money for kids. I asked him to go on internet and read what people are posting about his phone number and his call. It was the end of our conversation.

He is a hacker

I will probably report this guy next time he call.

I got a phone call from this number and was told it was for the Canadian Police Association. When I said I was not interested in donating, I was told that a child in my community would die. I hung up. I tried phoning the CPA  to make a complaint but was unable

Called strange back ground noise and message.

This number called me too. He claimed he is a representative of the Canadian Police Association. I told him I'm not stupid to believe him.  He doesn't even know what he was talking about. Don't ever ever believe him!

i received call from this number, they were asking for a $20  donation for the "cops for kids" foundation. i told them that i'd like to check the website first, and he hung up.

This number is a dangerous number. I got a call from this number the guy on the other end asked me for my credit card number and PASSWORD i told him no and then he said ``if you don`t give me this information i will kill you and i will take money out of your bank. I hung up and was a bit scared.

Got a call from a man at 204-480-1173., on Mar 5 2011.  He claimed he was calling for the Canadian Police Association and they were raising money for some kids' charity.  I asked him where he was calling from and he said from Madison, Wisconsin.  He also had a very definite "Southern" dialect.  (Why would an American policeman be calling on behalf of a Canadian police association?)

When I told him I did not believe nor trust anything he was saying, he told me to have a good day and hung up.

I called the local police and was told to call the national fraud police at 1-888-495-8501.

Got a call from this #. They wanted to talk to my boyfriend and wouldn't tell me what it was regarding.

Missed a call from this number

Got the call strange background nose like wind there was no massege. I called back2x.. busy tone .

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.Please call back in 48 hours.  Thank you.   (then line went dead)

Had this call # call before, and it said "Due to an unexpected volume of calls" and then silence. It called today, and there actually was someone on the other end of the line, but I didn't recognize the voice so... *Click*
