Keep getting phone calls at all times of day from 866-958-5850. We don't answer as we don't know who it is and whoever it is never leaves a message. Very, very annoying hearing the phone ring so often and no messages. We do not have to answer any calls and if people don't leave messages, we will not be returning the calls!

it is a collection agency...called commercial credit, and is legit
usually looking for unpaid debts from shaw cablesystems, telus, bell ect...

Receive many calls from this number. when i answer i get a recorded message saying it is regarding an important business matter, then get disconnected.

Yeah a girl called and asked for my husband by name, then when I said he was not home and would like to leave a message she hung up.

I'm getting calls like crazy. I don't answer numbers that I don't know, so dropped by here to check the number out.

got a call from this number ask who it was and got a very snotty response its a busniss

Yup, they just called, i asked who they are and they gave a phoney name, prob a collection agency, eitherway- i hung up, i am not going to give any information to somebody who is calling and not properly identifying themselves!

11AM Nov 2, Calgary.  Call-screened it since I didn't recognize the number.  No message left.

Called to verify address.  Refused to say what company she represented.

Yep same thing... some girl called my house saying she was calling on behalf of the Commercial Credit adjusters... left a name some some extension...

I smell a pile of BS on this one... they they call back.. i will be forwarding the number to the local authorizes.

I called 'Marsha' and she says the company is called 'Commercial Credit Adjusters', but could give me no other information so I, in return, gave her none.

From her voice, I could tell that I was not the person they were looking for.

this number phoned thursday but when I answered there was no one on the other end?? This number showed up on our call display again this afternoon while we were out but didn't leave a message either. We don't live in the place its coming from so not answering further calls from this number.

A nice sounding little old lady asked if I knew someone else with the same last name and how to contact him.  I said I didn't but asked what it was about.  She said over and over that it was a personal matter.  I said that I didn't but that I knew someone that might.  She said that if I did tell her, she wouldn't mention my name.  I told her that if she couldn't mention my name then he probably didn't want to hear from her either.  I said if she could give me a hint and it was a reason that he would want to hear from her, I could help her.  She said the privacy act prohibited it.  Sounds like a collection agency to me.

I've gotten this same number 3 times now... always leaves a message, same female voice saying

"Its vary important that I talk to ****" please calls use at our Vancouver brace number... and extension...yada yada yada..."

I smell BS.. on this one....

Just got a call from this number, lady was pleasant enough but full of BS and looking for personal info. Said she was looking for a 'Doug Lxxxx', said nobody here by that name, but I knew someone with that name. Asked her why she was calling, she said it was personal, then said she had some mail to forward to him. Asked her how she got my number from redirecting mail, she avoided the question and said must have the wrong number.

Probably a collection agency, but concern given she's looking for personal info.

Said they were looking for me - couldn't call back and he left the name Allan and no other details to the person who took the message - wierd - can't be bell mobility collection agency because I don't have a bill with them

this number came up on my caller id. no name

Called asking to verify my address.  This cannot be a collection company as they would already know my address.  Refused to say who they were.  Will be reporting same to Winnipeg City Police

its a legit company, they handle collections for many companies.

Was persistent in getting our address. We wouldn't give it to her. Said she was a collections agent from Bell Mobility. We don't have any cell phone with them. Told her we'd call Bell Mobility directly to resolve then hung up on her....sounded fishy to me.
