this number is for a collection agency that are a pain in the a**, funny how they are to be such repatable agency, yet, number shows up as unknown, can't even show their name on display

I got it at work and sat on hold for five minutes then i called them back and was immediately put on hold without any kind of greeting. Grrrrr :(

Called at work. A recorded message said "This is not a solicitation call, it is regarding a personal business matter. Please call our office at..." and I hung up.
This is the second time in 2 months.

They called me and put me on hold to wait for a "personal business matter". Then they hung up with out anyone on the line.
