I keep receiving calls from this #day and night at any time I called them back a guy name Jason Trevino ask for my date of Birth and other personal Info.  very scary!! people do not give this people any info...

This number keeps calling and don't leave a message, then I answered and they start asking me my personal information, and didn't want me to tell why was the reason they wanted  my info.....

I have been calls from this number, also (205) 271-8880 and (205) 313-2641.  The woman said she was from a collection agency called Amsher (or something like that).  She said that her client, T-Mobile, sent my info to collections and that I owed over $400.  This was a bunch of BS.  My last bill with T-Mobile was under $30 and paid the week before.  Called T-Mobile and verified that my account was closed and has a ZERO balance and was never sent to collections.  Now I'm worried about identity theft!

I have also been harassed by this company. They have been continuously waking me up early in the morning, and have even been calling in the middle of class, disrupting everyone around me. A computer program asks "is this Rufus Haines" and I have never heard of that name before! I have tried to get my name off of whatever irresponsible mailing list it must be on, but they make it is virtually impossible. SOMEONE HELP!! All of the victims of this scam need to team up and sue this company. They should compensate us for our sleep loss, and gray hairs.

Thanks for the BBB site.  I found their emails and sent a message to stop calling me immediately or a report will be filled with BBB and FCC and the email would be evidence of their notification.  Hope this works.

This number calls my private, unlisted home phone up to 5 times a week. I called it back and it was some damn Indian guy's voicemail. I left him a message letting him know that I'm calling the police if the calls persist. This person just sits there, listens to me say hello over and over and then hangs up. Scumbag camel jockey!!!

I just got yet ANOTHER call from these jokers.  I told them that, once again I do not have a T-mobile #, never have had a T-mobile #, and I never will have a T-mobile #.  A man called me two nights ago and I told him the same thing and I've not heard from him since.  Now this woman has called me about 15 times since then, and this time I told her that they had the wrong person, and that if they didn't stop harassing me like this, then the next person they hear from is going to be my attorney when I sue the living crap out of them for harassment and stalking.  She hung up really quickly. We'll see if that threat works or not.

I got this number myself.  It appears to be a colleciton agency.  Odd thing is I do not have any account in bad standing.

This calls my number early in the morning and I don't know how stop them.

My wife is the only person with my cell number and I get calls from them. I have never answered, and they have never left a mesg in the dozen calls they have attempted. My phone is on perma-silent so they don't bother me in the AM or anything.

Here is what I propose should be done about companies who perform these acts. First, everyone and anyone who receives these unwarranted (wrong #) calls should answer their phone. Next, tell the agent you are speaking with they have the wrong number, tell them you have gone on line to report them to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and of course the FCC for stalking and harrassing phone calls,and unethical business practices. Next state you are recording the call (while actually recording their call). It is legal as long as you tell them somewhere in the conversation you are doing so. for those of you with a data plan, tell them you can prove incoming calls from them as well through your phone bill). Next, we should all file a class action lawsuit for unethical business practices along with stalking and harrassment. If enough of us who are receiving these calls (particuarly when the call is for someone else and who you dont know) file complaints with the FCC the company who is contacting you would be forced to clean up their database and the phone calls would stop at the very least. Cases which end up in court like these can incline fines for these companies as well as cash settlements for victims of these acts which these companies do not want.

This number calls several times a day, every day and they never leave a message!  We are on the do not call list... how do we make it stop?

These jerks have many numbers, same company, and continue to call although I have PROVEN to them they have an incorrect number.

I told them to take me off their list, after receiving calls every day for two months and that if I received one more call I would report them to BBB FCC ETC.... they put me on with a supervisor and they said they will not contact me anymore

Do you own a prepaid cell phone?  Phone companies uses this scheme to run down your minutes........ask yourself who benefits?
