I have repeatedly told them to stop calling and take me off there list

This company keeps calling and plays an automated message. Press 1 to speak with rep or press 2 to be removed from list. Press either button and they always hang up and call again later.

When will it stop. I even carried on a long conversation trying to get some information out of them without giving any of my own information. Still they immediately hung up on me when I asked questions about the company.

What can we do? They call once a day!

Received another call today. I pressed 1 this time (2 last time) and they just hung up. Just signed up for the Do Not Call Registry.

These people will not stop calling, either do like skf did and pretend you want their services but give them fake info or press 1 and set the phone down. pressing 2 will not remove you from their list, so waste a little of their time.

I get the same experience everyone else does.  I finally started pressing 1 to find out even which car they are calling about and then whammo... hung up on.

I have been getting "final notices" for weeks now just about every day on my cell phone.  I'm ready to strangle someone.

You should file with the Do Not Call Registry and then if they call back you can file a complaint after you have been registered after 31 days

I have been receiving calls like this sometimes 2-3 times per day.  Some with different area codes always the same message.   Thank you Caz for the phone number.  I called, talked to someone who "said" they would remove me from the list.  We will see......

i have been receiving calls from 530-300-2479, threatening me with bodily harm, i beleive that who ever this person is, is associated with my ex abusive boyfriend.
i do fear him, he has been incarcerated because of his abusive manner with me. please help me.

One thing you can do to get them to stop is to hit on them, like real obnoxiously.  Like really really strong, as you would see in a bar (a sleazy type).  This sucks and may not be what you are normally like, but it is a good way to freak them out and get them to stop calling.  Even better is if you are female and they are female, or they are male and you are male.  Great way to mess with them.  It would probally get you removed from their list quick.  They are not going to like being obnoxiously flirted with.  Like I said it sucks that this tactic has to be used, but it has worked for some people.

They are trying to commit ID theft.  Do not give them information  Most of their #s are fake.  They call from a computer that generates random disconnected payphone #s.  Here is a # that was one of their real #s until they disconnected it.  Check out this # on this site.  404-921-0625.  You need to report it to your phone company.  Call the phone company and ask them if they can investigate it.  Give them the #, date, time, and tell them to check out this site if they do not think it is happening to alot of people.

I get this call from this number all the time. I always press 1 to be connected & request they take me off their list & they just hang up on me. Today when they called again I asked for a manager & the guy said sure hold & he hung up on me too.

I also got a lot of these calls. I was able to talk to a rep and got a call back number. The company is "National Dealer Services of America" 888.664.5275
What can we do about it?

I have been getting the calls at very odd times of the day. I've never answered it. Plus they never leave a message. I think its funny that I decided to google it and found many a website dedicated to this number. I wonder why this hasn't been stopped yet? Its very suspicious that you can't call the number back.

Played it like I was worried that something was terribly wrong and I was confused, and the guy on the phone bought it. He said he was calling from "Dealer Services based in Florida." After stringing him along for a few minutes, I dropped the act and told him, "That's enough. You guys keep calling me even though I've pressed 2 to be removed from your list. Now I know who you are so cut it out now!" Then he hung up. I Googled "dealer services florida" this morning and found www.swdealerservices.com. If you check this site, look under the Century Products section and you'll see they provide "direct or reinssured vehicle service contacts." If they call me again, I'll consider that they have been warned and are ignoring the warnings. I intend to try to get a live person each time they call and say something terribly disgusting--no vulgarities or threats, just gross-out. Maybe they'll decide they don't want to call my number anymore.

They call over and over again. I am even on the do not call list. A lot of help that does. Heave pressed option 2 to be removec countless time, nothing changes. Talked to 2 people and received 2 hang ups, talked to one and requested to be removed. He said I would be, but amazingly another call last night.

I got a call this afternoon CDT. I received these vehicle warranty calls before. They're getting irritating, to say the least. I finally spoke with someone. The man told me to give him the year, make, and model of my vehicle. The only thing I told him was that I was on the Federal DNC list(which I am) and he hung up.

Received another call today. Just signed up for the Do Not Call Registry.
