These people are getting on my last nerve they are calling my job and my cell phone number telling me I am under investigation andthey hope that I do not ignore this call.  WHAT DO THEY WANT I don't owe anyone that I have not paid.  Should'nt this be illegal.. STOP THE NONSENSE

I keep getting calls from this number 205-286-2820 with all the treating and saying that I am going to jail what can I do to report this and to get it to stop??????? Please Help

They just called me too. Very annoying!!! Some Indian chic that I was going to be arrested at my job, because someone is sueing me for 8 thousand bucks!! WHATEVER!! I think if I was really being sued they wouldent get a indian that can barely speak ENGLISH to contact me. I just told her "Sorry sweetie, I dont do bussiness with anyone out of the USA"! And I hung up on her. I hope they dont call back, because its really annoying!!

Yeah, these foreigners must think all US citizens will fall for their scam. I don't get it why they are in the US. This guy with an India accent calls and introduces himself as the federal legal investigation department and said, this is an important matter. I told him to go to Hell and get out of the US. I could hear the background sounded like a call center where they make calls threatening innocent people. When will Obama put a stop to these scams....hahaha!

A man called me and said he has a warent for my arrest and if i did not send him some money for a loan i took out that they were going to arrest me.  I told him i did not take any loans out and hung up the phone.  He has been harassing me for over 3 weeks.  Today a lady claiming she was from a colection company call and said they were coming to my work tomorrow with a warent for my arrest.  

I have been getting call on my cell and at work also.  The call have been getting out of control and they have been threating me with saying things thing like, They are going to wipe out my SS number and have me arrested , freeze my checking accounts and take my driveing licence.

I don't know where to go or who to call to stop the harasment.

I received calls from this number and two other numbers. Same scam. I have filed complaints with the federal trade commission and the FBI. I strongly advise everyone do the same. I then advised them the next time they called what I had done and told them if they had any questions they could contact either one of these agencies. They hung up. Go figure!

I've also been looking for info on this # all day and I found this if it help anyone.

The same number has called me twice once on monday and once today I couldn't really understand the guy but I got that he said he was an officer and I have a lawsuit against me I can call them back my phones not working right. I'm so scared I don't know why I would have one except for my hospital bill that's about $1000 but I don't have the money to pay it right now. I'm only 22 I don't need a lawsuit against me

Left a message on a business phone line. Spoke very fast and did not speak English very well so hard to understand but gathered that someone matching "your name" and "your social security" number is being sued and that we needed to call back immediately and if we didn't there was nothing that could be done. Claimed to be from a law firm - which one I couldn't make out.

They think we are crazy to let someone tell me I owe them money and just give it up without investigating who the company is. This idot called me 3 times on my house phone then called my business line and let a very detail message regarding my personal business. I called them back let them know I have reported them to the FBI...I told them you have broken third party disclosure laws in California and well as the United States. I let them know I am aware this is a scam. the woman told me to shut up and hung up the phone. people start reporting this to the FBI this is cyber attack on Americans as well as identity theft. The more people report FBI will start investing and go after the scam ring. don't just share hear report it.

I keep getting these calls and they are very rude they tell me im going to jail. For $300. This is crazy. I never got money from them!

They called me this morning and I told them I don't give out information then she hung up and I google the number and found out it was a scam then she called me back and I told her I no they pulling a scam and I never took a loan cause most company don't do loans for military enlisted people and she hung up

Same call from a woman who has bad English habits, who threatened me with legal issues if I didn't call her back. She calls herself Lisa Brown, and says she's from Legal Investigations Department. I tracked her number down to a bungalow near Birmingham, Alabama. So, I reported the number and sent the voicemail wave form to the the Birmingham Sheriff's department, earmarked for bunco...

I received a call from these idiots today.  They called 6 times in a row and when I finally decided to talk to them they said if I hung up again then they would send a police officer to my home.  I took serious action and called the Federal Trade Commission and made a complaint about this scam to get your information.  After calling the FTC I called TransUnion credit fraud line and put an alert on my credit report about this company.  The number for TransUnion is 1-800-680-7289. I hope this helps anyone out that has an issue with these morons again.

i  have been and still  continue to get calls from this number ever since submitting loan online and when i last answered they told me my name and my social had came up for a lawsuit. then they told me in order to pull up my case and tell me more about this lawsuit that under "chapter11" i HAVE to provide them with my "LOYAL INFORMATION." Heck with that, people can do so much if your information lands in their hands.... If they were really a law farm they would give you a brief info about your case. Also its very weird for "Professionals" to be calling people with strong loud noisy background like theyre throwing a party...  usually i always ask them the name of the company, pull out my laptop and quickly search teheir Co. info and their phone Number Oline and double check before exposing my true identity..Be careful people. i strongly recommend to download "MALWARE BYTES" FROM MALWAREBYTES.COM This malware protector automatically blocks sites like these.... really works!

Received the same call.  I don't know who this is.  I too have applied for an online loan.  If anyone knows who this is or know the circumstances, please post.

I recieved a phone call from this number as well saying that they were going to pursue legal  matters for a loan that I do not have nor ever had.  When I call them back they cannot even spell their last name and and hang up when you keep asking how to spell it.  They even know the number I am calling from.  I would like to know where they actually are?  My guess is not in the United States.

Same as happened to dance dude. Caller Alishia called at work and home. Appled for a loan online yesterday. Threatening message on how my SSN is being "investigated." And there are "serious legal consequences for not returning the call." My work number is not public, so anyone I don't know calling with my correct first and unusual last name directly to my desk has found some type of personal information they should not have.

They are calling me to. They also have another number as well, look for (415)-952-3898.  Be aware they are the same indian group of A$$HOLES.  There is a guy that will use the names Micheal Carter, Andrew Wright, and David Sutton.  I mean these people are stupid to use American names with an  accent like that.  SOMETHING needs to be done about this.  I think they either use VOIP (voice over ip) or vontage .  You would think with all the technology we have the numbers could be traced. As far as this nation is in debt I am sure the United States has something that can find these people, surely my tax dollars pays someone to find out who these people are and how stop this.   I have reported them to my local sheriffs/police dept, and IC3.gov  hoping for help.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

stating that they are a law firm from ALABAMA. "DRNC" or "Alan Davis"
strong accent as if the person was from India.
We kept asking them questions and they get really irritated and hung up.
(we applied for a loan online, and since then we've been getting all kinds of phone calls)
