Yup,  I just got the same email.  I called the number and spoke to a man at the other end of the line.  I strung him along for as long as I could.  I blocked the number and he kept asking me where I was calling from. I kept asking him if he was the person in charge.  "I guess it would be you right?"  

I kept asking him where the house was.  He couldn't tell me.  I asked him if he was local (like that means anything).

Then I hung up.

This phone number is a renters scam.  They post ads on craigslist and claim they are renting their home because they are in Malaysia due to a move for business.  They will ask you to send them money via Western Union.  This is a scam and I have found the same number listed by other people that had the same situation from craigslist.
