It doesn't matter what they claim, just don't believe a word they say. Better idea, don't answer them or call them back. Answering them or calling them back is just plain stupid. Block them and report them.

I got the same exact thing. Said they saw me on Facebook but I don't even have a Facebook. Makes me wonder how they're trying to scam us because it would have to do with our phones; not our Internet accounts

Yeah I got a text from this number saying they saw my cute FB pics and wanted to Skype.  I won't bother responding, just deleted the text.

Your caller may be lying when they said they saw your private FB pictures and may be simply trying to provoke a response from you (and it worked, didn't it?). "didn't have voice enabled" may mean they want you to text back, perhaps to a premium text number? My advice is to stay away. You have already revealed yourself as a responsive target. They (meaning scammers) may not have gotten you this time but they may next time. Stay away.

Texted my phone and addressed me by name....told me they saw my facebook pictures (which are marked private) and said I was really cute and to add them on skype. Tried to call the number and it said that they didn't have voice enabled. WTF??
