Person proceeded to tell of volunteer fire dept. program when I requested for them to send something in the mail reguarding donations, the @#@hole decided to talk over me and got ignorant trying to tell me what to do and to force me to tell how much I should donate. #%$$%$ REDICULOUS!!! and at 7pm!?!

This number shows up on our caller ID as well daily.  Always soliciting money for various volunteer fire departments, fire department fund raising events, etc.  Very persistent!

The caller said "Well ya know hello"  and I could not tell if it was a recording or not.  Not sure what that was about...

2 calls in last 2 days, have told not interested. Phone calls keep coming.  Don't waste your time calling me and not talking when I pick up or leaving a message when I don't.

Almost daily called from this number.  Who is it and what do they want?

comes up as AL FIREFIGHTERS on caller id. never leave a message. i never answer, but how can i get them to stop calling!!!!

Same thing here, but it shows up as a local call, it usually calls until it hits the vm but here recently it hangs up after two.

How To Stop These Calls
1) Contact your State's Attorney's General's Office, Charity Division.
2) Request help dealing with Commercial Fundraiser(s), and Charities harassing you.
3) You will need Both the Commercial Fundraiser's and Charity's contact information, name, address, and phone number. <provided below>
4) Request the AG formally request these charities, do not contact you, and do not sell/trade/transmit your personal information.

Wait 1 month, if they continue to call, contact the AG?s office again, and request further assistance.

If you know the charity?s name and I will post their contact information: Name, address, phone # of both the Commercial Fundraiser(s), and the Charity Associated.
That you will need in order for the AG's office to take action.

I only check these every few months, so feel free to look them up your self.

Not only do I get 3 calls a day, I cannot block them with AT&T phone service.

I've asked them to stop calling,  yet they call at least two or three times a week.

I will not ever give anyone to anyone who calls me from a phone. Regardless of their charity.  There are too many fraudulent people out there trying to scam money.

I get this call on my caller ID every day. You answer it and it's an automated recording telling you to hold. It is fund raising for the association of firefighter and Paramedics in Alabama. I WARN all of you that if you give, I guarentee you will have other places calling asking for you to give. We supported this group and they gave our number out.
