I am getting threatening calls from this number.

I called this phone asking for their address. The man said they are at California. I barely understand the address that he gave when he asked me who I am. I reverse what they say to me on the message that was left on the phone. The man said "F??? YOU". Where is that coming from? From a Police or Crime buster agency he hanged up. I called again nobody answered. Just to let them know that I have been receiving same messages since August of 2009 and I am not anymore scared of their messages. The same old messages. One time they use the Attorney's General Office. I didn't return call from the never they give me but I called the Attorney's General Office. They told me that unless I received a mailed from them don't believe those people calls me and threathens and ask money. They are scams.

I also received a call from this number last month, and I was on the phone with them for half an hour trying to make out their strong accents. I got them pissed off because I made them repeat all the information a multiple number of times and yet still after the repetitions I had no idea what the whole situation was about, it was very confusing. They wanted to get my debt card numbers and I told them no, they got mad and hung up. They called again and I told them I was going to contact the police and they never called again. So my advice is to get them really pissed off, waste their time and entertain yourself, but don?t give into their fake accusations. Have fun!

Total scam but, have fun with them. The guy pretended to be "Officer Samuel Baxter" from the "Florida Bureau of investigation". No police officer would have taken the abuse I gave this pErSoN. They want you to "Verify" your social security number. Yea right. Mess with them, remind them what a piece of trash with an affinity for snuggling up with livestock they are. I reported them to the Florida Attorney General for impersonating a state law enforcement official.

I too just received a message from this company, multiple different numbers this one just happen to be a available number to see as they left a message on my work voice-mail yelling at me saying it is a urgent time matter. It is against the law to have a debt collector of any kind call your work place let alone find out they are really scamers. The part that really worries me is that they do have my personal information and I worry what they will do with it? some mentioned below they have contacted the FBI. Exactly who and how do you go about reporting a situation like with this them and since they are aware of this matter would it be better if all involved in the messages above leave a statement with the FBI as well so they have a idea of how many people they are actually contact?

gave them a call back and when they told me they were coming to my work to arrest me all i could do is laugh and they hung up on me -so i called them back and said how rude can you get? laughing again and i told them i had reported them to the FBI they hung up on me again. friggin scammers!! got rot in hell!!

I keep getting these same calls that veryone is describing. Coming from different numbers and locations everytime they are some common name like Kevin Foster, Justin Fluede, and Dennis Smith. They say that they are working for a payday loan company and I asked them the exact name of the company and they said that they work for over 1,400 payday loan companies.  They could NOT answer any of my questions that I wanted answers to.  They claim to have my information but some of it was off by a number or two. I obviously did NOT correct them.  I thought it was a scam at first but I was not a 100% sure until they started threatening me.  I have contacted many people/companies to let them know and they all knew of it already these creeps need to be stopped!! I finally turned the call around on them and told them that they didn't know who they were messing with and they stopped calling for now but I am sure these IGNORANT will try again, if not someone else. STOP these CREEPS!!!

i just received a voicemail from this number some Indian or whatever language they speak yelling on my voicemail saying that I owe 10,000 and that i will be arrested and they are coming to my work to start trouble if i dont call them back...are you serious?  get in freaking line!!  and his name is sam richards come one?  really a person from india named sam richards....the calls stopped for awhile now they are starting again...dont know what to do....

got a call last nite from this number. they said the same to me as everybody else on this page. big time scammers!!! cant be arrested like they say in the msg. they will come to my work and have me arrested along with my manager!! yeah right. you jerks get a real job and leave us americans alone. we wont fall for your scam!!!

I just this call from this number i've called local police department and they explain to me THIS IS A SCAM THEY'RE TELLING ME THERE GOING TO HAVE A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST IF I DONT TALK TO THEM SOOOOOOO..........BEAWARE OF THIS NUMER

I received a call from these Arab b*****ds today telling me that I will be going to jail because I am in "BIG BIG TROUBLE!!!!!" and I will be arrested TODAY!  Where do I live?!?  They don't even KNOW!!!!!!  

They left me voicemail saying ALL this information.  I called them back and after a minute they hung up on me and now, I call again and get a busy signal.

(Immediately following this call, I recieved yet ANOTHER call from ANOTHER Arab with a (714) area code, telling me that I have a court hearing tomorrow.......  hmmmmmmm........ and BTW--the State the court hearing is in, I've NEVER been too!!!!  AND these guys had my SSN#....... watch out!)

I've been getting calls from this number as well.  But this isn't the first time this has happen.  They use to call my job from a different number.  They are scammers.  My job informed them if they didn't stop calling there they would get them for harassment.  They stopped calling for a while, now they are calling again.   I've been reporting them, but not much they can do, because they are hard to track.  The person I talked to at the FBI, said because they are from overseas, it is hard to track them.  They use a lot of phony numbers.  All you can really do is report them, and don't be frighten by them.

I just talked to someone from this number. They told me they were with an attorney's office and that I had a lawsuit against me for an old bill from 2009. They had my information right but something seemed to be off with them as they tried to say if I did not get the money to them this afternoon that I would be arrested. But I remembered seeing something like this on a tv show sometime back. So I thought I'd do my own search on them. The number seems to be coming from a landline phone in BESSEMER, AL but I did not pay the reverse search for the company information. I looked under the yellow pages for attorney's in Bessemer, AL for that number but none were listed, as was no number for any business with that number. I could barely understand the man on the phone as he told me he was an attorney and that I had the choice to either send him the money I owed or go to jail and go to the court house. I know enough to know that attorney's usually don't answer their own phones. I'm glad I found this site and seen that they have called other people as well, but how do you stop the calls? That is what I'm wondering.

I just got a call from this number.  It seems these overseas boiler-room schemers keep finding ways to re-route their calls through different exchanges to disguise their origin.  This makes the 5th or 6th area code I have received these calls from in the last 2 years - always with the same broken English well-rehearsed (and unconvincing) droning scripts.  Any ideas on how to put these pests out of business for good?!  I have had it with them!!

These people have stolen personal information of mine, like everything, by hacking into some websites. I have notified the FBI and their partner that works with internet crimes, www.ic3.gov, as well as my local police department, per the instructions of the FBI agent.  The local police stated that, yes, these numbers are coming through a voice bank (this is what he said it was called), and that these people are most likely in another country.  Once the call goes through "the bank,"  they are able to use these fake American phone numbers.  Unfortunately, the officer told me that because of this, catching them would be nearly impossible.

These people posed as a "crime prevention agency" and had an individual also pose as an attorney "in their office" that they transferred me to.  I asked for some proof and told them to go ahead and fax their information to me.  The information never came OF COURSE.  This was only one of many phone calls. I have received calls from other phone numbers, same people!  This was verified between my bank as well as the police.
