Have called twice now and just hung up.

Automated Man voice called my office number. Said they had a secure message for me to hear and needed my confirmation to hear. I said yes. They said nothing.

This number called my work number, which I don't give out except to very high, need-to-know entities such as my mortgage lender, etc. It was a woman's voice in a crowded room (ie. call center). She said she had a secure, prerecorded message for me and asked if I'd like to hear it. The woman herself was prerecorded as well. They're getting worse with technology these days. Anyway, I replied "Sure". Then a man's recorded voice came on telling me the roofs of several houses had been damaged by the hail storm in my area last february and it was unnoticable because hail damage takes time to show. It then gave me the option to go further or remove my name from the list. I chose to remove, listened to the same apologetic man and hung up.

Got this Robo call, it appeard that a real person spoke on the phone and asked if I would like to hear  a pre-recored message. I asked what the topic was and he said that he would put me on the do not call list.  - Nuts !!

Called my cell phone number twice this am, I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know since this is a cell number that only people I give it to should have.  They called twice and left no message.

Someone called my office number.  We have caller ID and I usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  I said hello three times and no one said anything so I hung up.

Telemarketer, who is calling cell numbers some how.

called at 0936 and hung up.  I called the number back and received a standard phone system message that the number had been disconnected.  So someone is somehow calling from a different number but has caller ID showing a bogus phone #.

Wants someone to work in my zip code since local cable company has filed bankruptcy.  Gave me the option to have number removed from calling list and then had to listen to some fool who likes to hear himself apologize.  Apparently they don't know there is a do not call registry out there.
