Admin. is Kay Meacham who encourages agressive tactics.  Her direct number is 2055459518.  Her voice mail and publicized number is 2055459525.  She is associated with Premier Medical PC at St. Vincents East and Urgent Care PC in Pelham, AL  IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM LET IT GO TO VOICE MAIL, then you can take approapriate action.  St. Vincent's contracts with these physicians but claims they are powerless to help negotiate.
