This number called me today, let it go to voicemail. No voicemail.

This number, a so-called car warranty telemarketer, has called incessantly since summer of 2008.  I have requested they remove our number 2 or 3 times. Nothing happened.  Today I told them I had requested so many times that now I was going to report them.  I filed a report on the do not call website.  Wonder if it will do any good.

This is the third number they have called me from. Still don't own a car. asked them to stop. they hang up before i can even finish a sentance.

receive calls from this number constantly, I am reporting them to the attorney general's office.  every time I ask to be put on The Do Not Call list they hang up on me.  This is against the law (I am a telemarketer by trade)

These scumsucking scumbags already took money from my mother!!!  Fortunately, the bank is onto these parasites and are reversing the charges.  They can't be stopped!!!!

This number calls almost every other day about a car warrantee.  I dont even own a car!  As soon as I spoke to someone and asked to be removed, they hung up on me!

I did and got on the phone with someone asking me to verify personal information to which i responded to by asking them who they represented.  To this, he could not come up with anything beside "warranty services" - this is a SCAM!!!

I get calls constantly from this #.. opted out today to talk to someone to ask not to call me anymore. The message says it's their 'final call before they close the file'. As soon as I asked to opt out my # the 'heffer' hung up on me. When I called the # back there is no way possible to talk to anyone. You can press 1 to opt out your # with a message saying it takes 24 hours w/ no confirmation. What a scam !!!!!!!

This number calls me daily, sometimes 2 times. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals office because it has reached the point of harassment. I would love to see everyone who reads this file a complaint with the AG of their state!

This is a scam. In Indiana you can report these calls to Attorney General. They are trying to stop them. Do not give ANY information to these people, hang up and report them.

yeah, I never had a loan either...maybe they're just dialing up ANY combination on numbers, instead of actually getting a list off someone?IDK but this has become an obsession for me to try to get it to stop!

I too have been getting these calls several times a day on my cell phone for the past 3 weeks. After reading all your comments here, I could see that reporting them would do no good. So I started calling the customer service number for Transcontinental Warranty ((888) 998-9893) repeatedly and told the person that she was in violation of the Do Not Call registry and that she could be fined $25,000 per violation. She got rude and hung up. I called again. She had the nerve to tell ME that she didn't appreciate MY harassing HER!!!

Everytime they call me, I intend to return the favor. Perhaps we all should.

Everyone needs to go to the FTC complaint assist every time they receive one of these calls. I've been doing this every time since a few days ago, because these calls will just not stop! Maybe someone there will actually do something about it if they get enough complaints!!?!?!
