Called my home at 12:26 in the morning....no one spoke, hung up quickly. Called the number back, and it went to voicemail. I left a message requesting them to stop calling/take me off their list....hope this stupisity stops.

Called my house at 12:30 at night and stayed on for a moment and hung up. When I tried calling it back I got a voicemail that said the party is declining to receive this call, try back later.
When a person gets calls during the night, it is not right. I thought it was an emergency. Who is this?
