Called at about 7pm. Asked "Is this the .... residence? May I speak with..." When asked who they are they avoided the question saying "Is this ...?" again I asked "May I ask who is calling?" Then man said he was from a company called Zentell, Sintell, Intell. I couldn't understand exactly what he was saying. He then said that he would call back again later then hung up.

Called and hung up after I said "Hello" several times.  Called the number back.  Answered with a recording that they're the Alabama State Troopers Association.  I didn't pay attention to the whole spiel as I was just looking for the name.  Something about calling is the most effective way to raise money.  No mention about the real company name as the Alabama State Troopers Association pays a third party to call.  Plus, I've asked to be removed from their list multiple times, yet they refuse to do so.  I have categorized them as telemarketers as they are NOT truly ASTA, but a company calling FOR them.

caller id stated it was a local call and when i answered no one said anything.

Called from a long distance number, and stated it was a local number on my caller ID.

Alabama State Troopers Association asked how I was I said I have a headache he told me to go back to bed and hung up on me. I wasn't in bed to begin with just had a headache.

they called me I just moved here from ct this guy would not take no for an answer. I told him my two boys take priority and yet still hounded me. I thought state police did not solicit calls like this

This number is the Alabama State Troopers Association. They are calling for donations. They are a good company. If you tell them you can't give anything they will usually thank you and ask if they may call back at a later time. I gave one year and now they call me every year.

They call every day at 12:00. When we answer, nobody is on the other end. But, they don't hang up.

This number just called my place of business. They said they "called the wrong number" and hung up. They also called yesterday.

I get several calls a day from this number. I always miss the call and they never leave a message.

"Alabama State Troopers Association" according to their recording.  Donate a buck and $.02 goes to the Troopers.  No thanks - I'll donate directly.

When I answered they asked for someone whose name is close to mine. I could barely hear them and made them repeat it. I said no they hung up before I could ask who they were.
