These day's one should not answer with yes to anything. The illegal callers could possibly record you yes answer giving them access to saying you agreed to <insert the scam here> .. Always answer with Who's calling, who wants to know,  or whats this about? A question with a question..

I got a call from this number asking if this was Mrs. (my maidan name) and I said yes. They immediately hung up and when my husband tried to call back it said it wasn't a working number.
