Keep seeing the same name and phone number and like many other writers above - I will NOT answer people I don't know.  If they are tele-marketers they usually will NOT leave messages.  I have received at least 3 phone calls and you'd think they would take the hint.  Like stated above - probably a scam!

Message on screen was UNASSIGNED so I did not answer but Googled the # and
came upon these posts.  We don't answer phone #'s tha we don't recognize or
calls without a "real name."

someone left me a message and only said my first name.  It was on my answering machine.  I looked up the number from caller ID.  The call was from this number 206-202-0395.

Need whoever this is to stop with the calls.  As someone else stated-I do not answer calls from someone I do not know.

Got a call from 206-202-0395 today. Caller identified himself as being with the Senior Life Center of Michigan.  Told him I wasn't interested in whatever they are peddling, the call is in violation of the federal do not call list and they are to take me off their list and never call again.  He said "NO!" and hung up. Complaint has been filed with the FTC.

Answering machine picked up and recorded dead air for about 5 seconds; caller then hung up. Traces to an unpublished number in Seattle, WA listed as landline.

They called me and I could hear telemarketers in the background, but they never said anything.  When I called it back, the recording said "thank you for being interested in our product. Our product has made millions of dollars for others people who were interested."  When it said "leave your name and number at the beep," I hung up.  If it appears on my bill or something strange happens, I will definitely post it here.

Agree with SuzyQ. Why are  these people allowed to call those of us on the Do Not Call List?

Received a call from 206-202-0395 at home.  Ray T. Smith.  No message was left.

Answered phone and all I heard was lots of static and voices in the background, no greeting.  Caller ID said Michael Jaye.  I just hung up.

I've been getting calls everyday with this number. I too don't answer calls of numbers or people I don't recognize. Caller ID says Ray T Smith with exception for today, it read Cashion Park. I am on Do Not Call list, why are these calls still coming? @$^&#^*

I answered the phone and could hear his entire conversation with his wife.  His wife could hear me talking but he could not hear me...

Got one of these call also.  Granddaughter thought it was a friend because they asked for me by my first name.  What a pain!!! Good to know this is a scam number.

Scam.  Offered my elderly grandma funeral services but when she said no he started telling her she was rude and nasty.  Also asked her age.  She hung up on him.  Our caller ID says Ray T Smith.

Didn't answer from someone I don't know.
My guess is they either get commisssion for each answered call
or they are verifying a legitimate number for telemarketers.

When will they start jailing these people so these kinds of calls stop.  I answered and they wanted to help me with life insurance for people and elderly on fixed incomes but needed my medical and financial information.  Told her I would never give out that information and hung up on them.  It came up on my CID as Michael Jaye and a Seattle number 206-202-0395.   They are obviously able to change the name that comes up to try to trick people into answering.   I would just be so ecstatic if they would finally start jailing these people for the frauds they are perpetuating.

Received 2 calls from Ray T. Smith 206-202-0395, they left no message. So I called them and left a voicemail with my phone number and told them to never call me again or I will have their number blocked. I loved how their message state's "We are helping people in your area!" But they never happen to mention what their "service" is.

Got a call from 206-202-0395 to my home and it comes up as Unassigned on the Caller ID. 3rd day in a row they call and no voice mail. I don't pick up and like someone said, if no voice mail then it's not important.

Just received a call from 206 202 0395  Caller ID said "Unassigned" No message was left. Probably a telemarketer or someone Phishing. I do not answer calls of this type..

Let message go to voice mail when the number came up "Unassigned". No message left on service. Most probably the same life insurance scam as reported by others on this blog.

Ok, so I have received 2 calls. Both showed up Michael Jaye and the number 2062020395 and I answered and I didnt hear anything so I hung up. The calls were about a week and a half to two weeks apart.

Got call from 206-202-0395 with Ray T. Smith in the Caller ID box. No message left.

Just got a call from this #.  Caller ID said "Unassigned".  I said hello 2x, then heard mouth noises like an obsene phonecaller, and then they hung up. Whack Jobs!

Received call from 206-202-0395. I could hear the chatter in the background. Typical boiler room antics. Woman repeated my name several times as is she was giving me a chance to pickup. I have a philosophy that if a call is important, then the caller will leave a message. No message, so the call was of no importance.  Otherwise see ya...wouldn't wanna be ya.
