I received a message today from Dan Herry.  There are so many phishing scams coming into our web address that he and the others are usually very easy to spot. No technical data requirements or interest in product specifications, always want to pay by credit card, often messages are sent to a hidden list of recipients (although in this case our address was shown), usually poor grammar is used and usually from a yahoo address. These go straight to "Junk Mail Senders" and get deleted.

We have today received an email request from 'Dan Henry' asking for prices on many electrical products, we assumed this was a scam and it certainly looks this way.  We have deleted the email. and also fwd the information to our USA office to warn them of the scam.

I just got the same request today

Still happening.  We have had a request in Gloucester, UK.

We sold some stuff to a guy named Bob Billy PHONE# (225)308-7269 he said he worked for TRICARE CORPORATION 11221 Suncrest Ct,# Suite B Baton Rouge, LA  70818  he used a credit card to pay for the order and we shipped the product to 2055 s. 7th street suite B  San Jose ca 95112  care of  John Allen then a couple days later we got a charge back. So who is at this address and where do the parts go?

I got this email yesterday. I responded and then decided to Google as we get lots of scammers through email. We wont sell to him.

I received an email from danherry24@yahoo.com asking if my company shipped to a certain location, for my company's website address and if we accepted credit cards. The email signature was

No phone number was provided. I asked him to provide a phone number for verification. Doubt I will hear anything.

Dan Herry keeps asking for quotes for digital multimeters when he can easily buy them directly from our site. Weird.

Address is right but phone number is not.

He has been trying to buy these on a credit card for over $6000.00 since 3-18-13.  I have informed our corprate office on this one.  They will inform all of our branches to watch out for orders from him.

Someone is fraudulently using my company name and address. He calls himself Dan Herry and is soliciting quotes from vendors. He uses the call back number 206 202 2214 and email address danherry24@yahoo.com.
