I received this ph# as a response to my Craigslist ad.  No, I didn't call because, YES, it's a scam.  Be careful of this trickery...

danbuzan01@gmail.net just email me again about my item for sale, says his secretary messed up the certified check amount instead of 700.00 the check is for 3,000.00 wants me to send back overage, this is the how he tries to scam people beware of danbuzan01gmail.net

The send a laser generated cashiers check or MO.  You send the goods and often a "shipping refund", and it's all gone by the time you bank realized the check was a fabricated fraud, and you are responsible for the money.

It sounds too good to be true, even after he responded to my email with the SPAM ALERT clearly stating tp avoid cashier's check.

Beware... I only acknowledged his email to see if I still had the item.

Same here - first responded to craigslist ad in Colorado by emailing "still for sale" (no punctuation).  Then upon my dumb reply I get the same Engrish about my "advert":

I got a similar reply to my craigslist listings today. One was from James Collins, with the identical phone number, and another from osorlando32..@googlemail.com who wanted me to stop the 'advert'.

I received the exact same email. Scammers every where. I was a little worried after I received this email because I was stupid enough to call the phone number. I was glad it wasn't one of those that cost 2500 just to call. Craigs listers be careful.

This person should not be trusted.

This number was also given in several email responding to my craiglist listing, by dan_buzan@gmail.com, offering to send certified check and having shipping company pick up the items.  It sounded too glib to be true and call to the number only got some generic announcement.  This seems like a scam.
