Called me at 2:11 a.m.  Didn't answer, not very happy!

Received phone call at 4:17 am with a recorded message about a locked account. I Hung up, and yes it was 4:17 am

got the same call but did not answer the phone.  good i did not .  block the number if you get the call

I got the same message 3:30 a.m.! Nasty

They called me at 2am. If I wasn't already awake I would have reached through the phone and choked them.

Got the same call 15 minutes ago.  went to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and filed a complaint.  Maybe enough complaints from those of us on the do not call list will get someone pulled out of the rat hole in cuffs.

Received my call at 4:15a. Ignored it and all that was on my voicemail was "Security Department" and dead air.  Didn't try calling back

I received this call this morning about twenty mins ago. I didn't answer, because I was fully asleep. no message left and I did not try calling back. I'm sure its a scam.

I got a call at 1:30 a.m. from this number last night and I woke up startled and my 11 month old heard the phone ring from his room and woke up and was then up for an hour. Sooo irate that this happened in the middle of the night! I don't care during the day as I just ignore the phone call but seriously...middle of the night??!!??

Yeah, I just got a phone call at 523 am, I'm adding it to my block list.

Just got a call from this number with that Robo-voice saying my account was locked and to press 1 for security. Hung up immediately because I knew it was bogus. The dead giveaway: no identification regarding who they were.

Remember, though: even if someone gives a business name for which you do have an account, a real bank/creditor/retail establishment will never ask you for your password, PIN or SSN.

Got at call from this number at 4:46 am. Did not answer. After reading this, I'm glad I didn't.

Just got call from this number as well saying the same thing my account has been kicked press 1, I did and the call hung up. ..I called back and for a busy signal. ... this is ridiculous!

Scammer recording trying to say "account locked" without identifying themself. No one's bank, cc, credit union, or ANY legit business will ever say anything negative to you without verifying who you are and identifying themself. It isn't legal.

Same thing I pressed one bc I wanted to know what it did after and it says to enter your 16 digit card number! Yea right!! Hung up called back and got busy

It is 1220 and my cell phone rang with some idiot robot dialer stating that my "unintelligible account has been locked. Huh...calling at what time. Tried calling back and it said all circuits are busy. The bad thing about it is that I received the same call on my work cell phone 11:33 in the morning and my husband received a call on his cell at 1:30. Ironic they called each of our cell phone numbers. SO FREAKING ANNOYING!!!!!!!

Anyone here have an ad on Craigs List? I am betting that is where they got my number as I have had several ads there lately.

Received a voicemail message from someone from 206-203-6817 saying my account had been locked.  Didn't say what account or what company they were calling from.  When I called the number back, I got a recording that made no sense.

Got this call yesterday. Called back. Got a computer voice saying I had reached an unauthorized number. To go to their website to register said number, I think (hard to understand), and to remember it could take up to an hour. They said the name of the company but it was garbled. Total scam!

Seriously WTF!!!?? It's midnight and they are calling for this credit card scam? I must, however, say they are clever as they verify by algorithm if the credit card number is valid.

Pollute the database of these scammers with bad info. Get a randomly generated credit card number from a site such as getcreditcardnumbers.com

Very weird indeed. "International Telcom" sounds like a "front" from a bad spy movie....
