Got a text message for card verification for a debit card activation.  I didn't open anything new, so I'm not bothering to call & I just deleted the text.  

I also received a call from "Johnathan" from Media Yellow Pages just now, he said, he was calling to follow up on my cancellantion.   I have reported them to the FTC

called my office phone , he couldnt pronounce my name.  so i told that person didnt work there. and they said you have never had a ........ work there? i said yes but she doesnt now. i called the number back and all i get is a busy signal

The church that I attend was just contacted by this person and shortly after received an invoice for $795.00 for an ad that was supposedly run in the Media Yellow Pages. The invoice looked suspicious so we began investigating and found the following information at the Federal Trade Commissions website. Please take a look at the foolowing link from the FTC.

Total Fraud!! he asked if interested in a Yellow Pages ad for my business. I declined, and he said that I already had an ad,(I Don't, Yellowbook only here) and It was past due 600 dollars

This person mumbled there name when I asked may I ask who is calling and mumbled it again and when I asked sorry I didn't catch that a second time they practically yelled it into the phone then I repeated as the loudness muffled what he was saying once again, I heard Paul so I said Paul? and he started making sexual noises at me so I hung up and blocked him.

Called me asked my name and hung up. Tried to call back and line was busy.

Got a call for my boss.  Said he wasn't available and then the guy told me I was beautiful and had a nice a**?  Seriously?  Who are these people!

What a way to wake up! I got a phone call from this number and the person (with a strong accent) greatly mis-pronounced my name. When I corrected him, he said it back slowly so condescending and rudely like a retard. I told him, wow that was so rude! And he mimicked back to me in blah blah blahs. I told him, I know you are just a telemarketer but you should be fired for this, and I hung up. Well as if that wasn't bad enough. He CALLED BACK twice, and sat on the phone quietly calling me an a***ole over and over and over again. I kept asking who he worked for and if I could speak to his manager. He hung up both times. I then got a call back from a different number (that isn't even a real number), and it was someone who said his co-worker was being mis-treated by me. I was just appalled and told him what had happened. He apologized rudely. I asked where he worked and he told me he worked for Michelin which is a tire company. So I called Michelin and let them know that these people were using their name to represent their scam and they opened a file for the situation. I hope I NEVER get called from this number again. Apparently the number was traced back to the Seattle area. . .

Sounds like the Russian mob!

IT TOOK 3 DAYS BUT I FOUND THEM, THE COMPANY THE IS SELLING PHONE NUMBERS, THEY ARE THE REASIONS FOR ALL OF THE CALLS

Called my office and asked for me.  As soon as I identified myself they hung up.  Tried returning call but it rings busy.  What gives????

Just received call from 206-203-7316. Asked if i was "first name last name" answered yes thinking it was one of our customers.  Man with an asian/indian type of accent said he was calling to confirm my software order from last night?  When I told him I hadn't ordered anything he said are you sure which I said nope he then just dropped the call.

Got a call from this number on my WORK CELL, which my name isn't even associated with other than through my company. Answered with my first name (like I always do for my clients). A man with an Indian accent asked me if my name was "_____ ______" (knew my last name), and when I said yes he hung up. I also heard lots of background noise, but at the time thinking it could've been an office (I get calls from all over the US). I'd like to punch this guy right in the face.

I just received a call from this same number and experienced the same thing as Janet.
They ask for me by name on my business phone AT work.  I refused to acknowledge who I was until he would give me a reason for the call (I rarely get calls at work from an unknown source), and the person became quite rude.  I told him "thank you" and I hung up.  He then immediately called back, but I hung up without sending to voice mail.  Hopefully he got the point.

It was a rude male with a heavy middle-Eastern or Indian accent, and I heard a lot of noise/music in the background.

Got a call stating he was from DHL and needed to verify a DHL Package. I asked for what address, and they had the wrong address. Sounded like a scam.

just got a call from the same number asked for me by name and when i said Speaking. they hung up. tried to look up the number on the net and came accross this site.

Just got a call from this number. He called me by my name questioning if I am that person. When I said yes, he hung up. There was a very loud background noise. I am so tired of getting these kind of phone calls. Don't you people have a life????

A caller called and asked when was honda civic reborn was launched. I told him i dunt know but he kept harassing and kept calling me with difrnt numbers

The male person asked for me by name & when I answered he hung up .... heavy accent... I would guess from Asia

Caller asked for an employee that hasn't worked here for years.  When he found out the employee no longer worked here, he started saying something like "Ok - would you." and then he hung up.

I recieved a call from edward smith from stating he is from citi bank he kept on asking a person name david morgan i told him there is no person like this in my directory he kept on asking are u sure... No no no i mean to say he no longer works here .. What a pile of s*** is this??? Dont know how to stop these calls
