I have been getting these calls for about 2 years,I dont  know where they come from,but I sure am glad I dont live there.These people tell you there going to arrest you,drag you to court,and all kinds of horrible things for bills.I know who I owe.I got a emergency air horn,for a boat,or footballgame,when they call ,I get great satisfaction,blasting it into the reciever.

Someone calls multiple times from 206-237-0036, i finaly answer and they are very angry and rude, saying someone took out a loan and hasnt paid it back, say they will sent the court papers. It is a scam.

they keep calling my cell phone saying i owe some company some money and they are putting a warrant out for my arrest if i dont pay and the police will come to my job.

this number calls and i tell them i dont know who they r looking for they just keep caling.i block it and us a new number.how

Received a message on my cell phone from these guys again. They said they were from organized crime. I let it go to voice mail so I can get their voices on tape. I wont answer the phone everytime they leave a voice mail I will have it on record for the authorities.

These people really do not understand the way American courts work! They say they have a warrant they answer the phone crime investigations or lawyersvoffice there are no secretaries just them. Then they lie aboutbwhere they are located!  the thick accents are ridiculous with all American names really? they are just scammers trying to get your money!  Do not give them any justbtell them tobsend you a warrant in debt and you will see them in court!

omg good stuff.....heres my story  I like a dumb a** tried to do an on line payday loan and these foreigners keep calling me from 951-582-4832 and 909-503-0684 and 206- 237-0036 Threatening me with fraud and check transfering and also saying I got a payday loan I never paid back which is BS because as soon and a million #'s called me after submitting all my personal info I knew I screwed up! Then I answered a call where a Foreign man told me I better take out the loan and I said no sir I am no longer interested he said oh yeah you F-ing B---- you can suck my ---- because I have all your information and I am going to screw you now, and now calls saying they are going to Sepena me if my Lawyer  or myself does not contact them and they are going to contact my job!
I contacted the FBI they told me to put a Fraud alert on all credit reporting agency's and to file complaint with the FTC which I have done. Explaining all this and giving them the phone #'s!
I want them caught to infact I would love to meet up with these c**k suckers because I am pissed!!!!

This number keeps calling and claims they are Crime Investigations, but do not know the address on which their business is located when questioned about such.

Also, the person has a heavy action but gives an Irish name.

called 2 days in a row wanting money. My daughter answered and told them I died and to send the documents to the house.
