Since making a complaint to verizon regarding one of their telemarketing firms that calls themself cell point solutions.   I receive on average 125 calls a month from various numbers.  All are hang up calls.  Research of the number has this belonging to some corp called 360 networks based out of seattle, wa.  Calls to verizon to complain are a joke - their could care less.  file a complaint with the FCC and confirm your no call status with them.  hoping this will stop this..............

I have received numerous calls from 2062577118. I have left messages for them to stop calling me, yet they continue. Today they called and asked for me by name and when they found out I was home they hung up. Please make them stop this is stalkish behavior.

Well my experience was not as bad as all you other bloggers but here is my story. Today they called me and asked for me by name. When I asked them who this is they just hung up. A few hours later they called back and it was the same person. When he told me he wanted me to visit their website to find out just what it is I told him I wasn't interested and he said go to hell.

I have been receiving several calls a day from this number.    I have asked to be placed on their do not call list. Within 5 minutes I get another call. After this I receive calls where the caller hangs up. I've reported this to Verizon & they tell me there are a number of complaints regarding this number.

I got a call from this number, from InvestMax, and when I said please take me off your list, he screamed at me.  When I called the number back, was the dumb message with the offer to take me off their list.  Aaaagggh!

Called saying I was preapproved to look at their web site and wanted me to go to my computer for the info, I declined and ended the call... scams where they want to get info from computer... not this time

Got this call from 206-257-7118  Investmax. It kept calling me 7 days a week, two to three times a day and hanging up every time I answered. Finally, yesterday I LOST IT. It was my day off, so I had time to call them (got some dumb message prompting me to leave my phone number to be taken off their list). i then three-way called them, so that they could hear their own annoying voice greeting on their voice mail. I then finally pressed, " * " (star) and viola! A live human being. So when I told him to please remove my name from their list, dude got ill with me and asked me what I was doing in my life, and proceeded to tell me that he was just doing his job. I FLIPPED!

I began a new cycle of calling, three-way calling, this time pressing, " * " (star), getting the same retard, so I launched a various combo of all of the above and added my own rendition of the dial-toned nursery rhyme song, "Marry Had a Little Lamb"... It didn't stop here, because the retard-rep began to press buttons with me. In my Bristol, England accent I laughed hysterically and told him, "oh so you want to play, eh? Fine with me, I got all **bleeping**#?!@ day!!!"

This went on for two hours while I listened to Pandara (Flight Facility) radio.

After the first thirty minutes of this neverending cycle, the rude rep became weakened and started hanging up. The following 1hr and 45 minutes, I put my tactic on auto pilot while adding, "This is for all of my sisters and brothers of the human race whom have fallen victim to your evil schemes, you  **bleeping**#?!@ LOW-LIVES!!!!!"

...then I changed my number.  THE END.

I just got a call from this number and the guy actually knew my name and tryed to get me to invest in something by going to a website but when i asked him whatt it was about he said" I cant explian cause I might mess things up" and started laughing I told him i was not interested in it and hung up not even 20 minutes later i get another call from i differnt company trying to get me to do it again they really got to learn to take no for a answer

These morons don't take NO for an answer. They even go so far as to call Ottawa. I actually answered it once and told them every time they called I would charge them $500 per call as a service fee for calling me as a consultant and wasting my billable time at $1,000 per hour. So far I think they just may have got the message.

I live in Canada as well and got a call from this number at exactly 11:14 am.  Fortunately, I was not by my phone and I missed the call.  Having read all the comments here, I will not respond if I receive a call from this number again as this person sounds disproportionately rude and crass.  I will get the number blocked.  Thanks all!

I live in Canada and got a call this morning. The guy was beyond rude and would not take NO for an answer. Report these guys to CRTC or similar company.

Same thing happened this morning and he told me to go F.....myself.

The caller stated he was calling from Investmax and want to explain how to make money. I asked him to take me off their call list and that I am not interested.

Can I block numbers on my cell phone? Or get off call lists, cell phone is all I have. Get these calls every day I dont answer  or call it back.

In this day and age Eugene, remember that the LAST thing you ever want to do is confirm your number with telemarketers when an automated message is played for you giving you an opt out. The reason is that all you're really doing is confirming to them that your number is legitimate (which is why scam telemarketers use such tactics), and so now you're going to get slammed whenever they have a new scam they want to try out on you until such time as you change numbers, or give up answering the phone from numbers you don't recognize.

What really happens when you have an automated message asking if you want to opt out, is the computer at the other end is trying to determine is you are calling from a valid number, so that the scammer can sell your number to other scammers online saying the number have been verified as active.

I get called and hung up on. So I reversed dialed and got a message that stated if you want your number taken off their calling list leave it on the message. I did, it didn't work within the hour these ding a lings called back. So, I did it again then I blocked their number so we will see where it goes from here. My advise to them would please be kind as there are thousands of legitimate telemarketers trying to make a living the same as us working to pay the man. At least leave your name or the name of your company on the message so you don't come across like the scammers you obviously are. Respect your potential customers and you will make all the money you need, try and hide or scam, your business, you will fail. People like honesty and real heart.

i looked up the number and it said seattle washington. comcast. they call and  do not say anything. call all hours oh the day. very annoying.

My advice is to block this number on your phone. If you don't know how to do this, the phone company will be able to help you and the info is also in your phone book. I kept getting calls from "card services" even though I am on the do not call list and have asked them not to call me. They would argue with me and threatened me with more calls if I didn't do business with them,,,so I said do business with this and I blocked them. :) Peace!
