someone from GENESIS PROCESS keeps calling me and leaving messages that I or someone in my household owes money.         I do not owe anyone any money, have NO credit cards and am indigent.     I will report to FBI.   VERY ANNOYING AND VERY RUDE SOUNDING.

Keep getting these calls from this number 206-260-1771. Man says his name is Walter Brice and that he is an arbitrator. He says that legal action will take place if the issue is not handled within my resigning County within 48 hours. Something about a returned item from my bank. The thing is I am in no way, shape or form related to any financial institution!! I know Someone out there has the power & capability to do something, So please help and make these calls stop!!!! It can't be right, it can't be illegal, it has to be some form of harassment!! Especially when it's happening to multiple people!! I & we want them to end!!! please help!!!!

I've Been getting multiple calls from this number 206-260-1771 man named Walter Brice arbitrator saying something about getting a returned item from my Bank! My phone doesn't ring- it just pops up with a voice mail of a recorded message that dad an item was returned from my bank and they are about to file criminal charges in my county.  They don't give a name o the person they are looking for, an amount, or any other specifics. When I called them back, they asked me my name and social security number and my bank account information so they can "look it up in their system".    I have received these calls for the last three days and never have they left a name or account number to refer to. It's just a phishing scam.

THIS IS MORE THAN JUST PHISHERS AND A SCAM..THIS IS SOME UNDERHANDED  SCHEME TO LAUNDER MONIES.........TRUST ME...BUT...IF YOU HAVE DONE NO WRONG...DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT...GOD HAS CONTROL..

Tried to file harassment charges over these calls. The lawyer I retained was unable to find any information regarding the company using the phone number, business name, or address that they provided when I finally got them to send me a paper notification. Without being able to find them, the lawyer was unable to sue or file charges on my behalf.

They have called me a grand total of fifteen times in over a month. I'm sick of it. I called back and left a message that I'd sue for harassment (empty threat since I'm a college student and can't afford a lawyer, but it usually gets these type to stop calling), but they still call me. It's so annoying, especially since my phone has limited minutes. If the number reaches twenty, that threat won't be empty.  

Ok,so i get a call today from this # and they leave a message in regards to a very urgent matter that something was returned from my bank...well i have been keeping track of all the different phone calls i get with these messages and the phone #'s etc.  Seems that back in July i receive a phone call from a Walter Brice just like i got today except with a different phone # calling me 206-538-2309 and a different # to call them back at 866-258-2480 and with a different case #, but same exact message was left...hahhahaha...it is so funny.  I have received since 6-6-2013 (when i started keeping track) 21 calls from 9 different Phone #'s with pretty much the same messages every single time!  REALLY!!! i owe this many different company's money!  HAHHAHAHA   SCAMMERS PEOPLE!!!!  Do not fall for these calls,  They are the scums of the earth!  Thanks for your time!

Got a call from then today and reported them to the FBI.

this number called twice in the past two days and make it sound so urgent and threatening "you have 48 hours to deal with this or it will turn into....(blah blah blah)" but the message really is fishy, because they give you a case number to refer to, as if someone has really filed a complaint, but then say if you don't deal with it (then the sound quality gets real scratchy) something further (very bad) will happen and you'll have to deal with &$(^%#  county..???? today's said "your residing county" like someone told them they should change it to make it more believable?? anyway, they are calling my Mom and others in the family had gotten calls a month or so ago asking for the same person to turn herself in...like there's a fugitive out in the proverbial "there"!!!
TOTAL waste of my time and the unnecessary worry (even though my intuition tells me there's absolutely no basis to these allegations)

the reason there was no mention of specifics (ie, your name etc) is because this is a phishing call. they want to lure you into calling them back so they can ask for your name and come up with some stupid "bad check" you wrote to some payday loan company; and I'm sure you never received any money from any loan companies... These jerks are buying people's information and trying to get some "fish" to take the bait. They give lobsters a better name than Bottom Feeders. Don't even answer their calls. Mandatory Arbitration sounds like the most random generic "company" name I've heard yet. LOSERS, is what they are...

Called me today saying there is some pending lawsuit against me, without saying my name.
