We get calls from this number almost daily.  Since we are a business we do not answe the phone with a "hello"   but state our business name,  I think this is an automated system -- it hangs up by itself after a brief period if I don't say anything.

I am received a call on my mobile (in Australia) from this number too but didn't answer as it looked suspicious.  I heard on the radio that dodgy high charged calls to your phone are coming from numbers that start with +20 so I'm definitely staying away from it either way.

I actually answered and spoke to a real person (at least I think so).
I was told it is an Australian online search company that helps Australian businesses to perform better in local listings and searches.
When I questioned them where they got my number from, they referred to a public listings on the internet.
I thanked and hung up straight after.

I've had two missed calls from this phone number over the last week. Like others I haven't answered yet - If they call next time I think I'll answer and try and find out who it is.

Received a call from this number to Australian mobile, answered it but didn't hear anything. Won't be answering again!

I missed a number of calls from this number (+1 206 278-9554) over the last couple of months and finally answered it today and it was a sales rep from www.BigRoo.com.au

They just wanted to check my current free listing account details and try and sell me an upgrade.

I receive calls from this number every couple of days (to my mobile in Aust), I never answer them. It is really annoying. I don't understand why, if they just hang up anyway.

I received a call from this number and 5pm I answer with my name then they hung up ... I will wait to see what marketing company calls me next and then post it here ....

i just got a call from them - it breaks my heart that as soon as i confirmed i was the owner of the business, my mobile lost reception. awww.

appears to be originating from north eastern Egypt, Suez??... sounds like normal b***s*** marketing scam crap. don't answer them. they are as bad as the "you have won a trip to the Bahamas!" ... unless you enjoy wasting the time of day.. or morning for that matter :P .. maybe you can block their area code if they are constantly bugging you? ..

I received a call from this number at 4:18am.  The lady on the phone was asking for the owner or manager.  When I told her what region I lived in she hang up.
