I don't know if the whole thing is a scam or not, but many investors use "Virtual Assistants" to make calls for them. These are assistants they hire on the computer to do research, make calls, etc. A lot of the virtual assistants are from other countries. I have one myself. But at the same time, it's hard to tell if they are legitimate or not. I never use my foreign VA to make any of my calls.

I received a message from # 949-629-3545( Orange Co area CA)  telling me to call 206-300-1000. I didn't yet. I may and let them speal their pitch ( even tho my property is already sold) just to hear what the fool has to say.


KEY PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN.   WHEN THEY GET CRAP AND JERKS LIKE THIS THEN SCAM THEM RIGHT BACK!!!!


Stop letting a***oles screw us!!!  Stop letting big companies get away with illegal activities !!  Stop Wells Fargo!  Stop adoption agencies from being baby buyers, charging more for a white baby, when the actual total amount to adopt is less than $1000.  Why does Angel Adoptions charge $18,000 just in advertising fees for a white baby and $14,000 if you'll accept a black baby?  That's not including the $5000 for legal fees, a $1000-$3000 charge for a $200 home study.  CHECK OUT WORD PRESS .com and look for " change 1 adoption".  

CHECK OUT SALVATION ARMY'S ANNUAL BUSINESS REPORTS    WHY DO THEY HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING LABELED AND ACCOUNTED FOR EXCEPT FOR WHAT COSTS THEM MOST, " OTHER ".  B***s***.  Plus they give people vouchers to their  stores, then pay the store half of what the voucher is and write off the other half as a LOSS!!!   And their ridiculous depreciation on what????  

Wells Fargo has no intentions of modifying your mortgage.  They string you along, adding interest knowing you will not ever get your modification.   They want you to pay the extra interest and charges.  Plus, CHECK YOUR STATES GUIDELINES!!!!  I live in Texas and besides them screwing me many different ways, my mother applied for a modification for over a year when YOU CAN NOT DO A MODIFICATION IN TEXAS!!!!  Of course they knew that.  But they never told her.  They don't tell anyone!!!

Same thing. Got a call from a lady named "Katie"...  Says she got our house  address from Zillow.  She talked to my mom and set up appointment. Wanted to send someone out to the house to look at the property. Left 206-300-1000 as their contact #.  Called the number on caller I.D. 949-629-3545. Both numbers are to a virtual assistant... to leave a message.  Called them back and told them not to send anyone out to the house via message, because I thought it was a scam.074

I received several calls from 206-300-1000 in the past weeks.  Today, the caller identified himself as "Victor from 30 Days Sales" asked for the owner of the property.  I told him I am not the owner but I am the listing agent.  As soon as he heard that, he hung up on me.

People, the caller is only interested to list your property.  They may tell you they have a buyer but it's a ploy to get you to sign a listing agreement with them

Been checking our missed calls the last few nights, wife thought it was from one of my craigslist posts and suggested I call it, forgot to and just checked the call log as far back as it would go.  From 7-15 to today 8-10 they have called daily.  We DID have a house for sale, but it is GONE.  They never leave a message.

I received a call from a women(girl) from this number trying to set up an appointment for them to view the house for there buyers. When pressed for more information about who they were...she hung up. We should all be very careful about letting anyone in your house. Who knows what they are trying to do. Rob you, attach you. I suggest you all report this to the police so there is a record in case something should happen. God bless - be safe.

I've received a couple calls from them.  Al Hellickson was on the prowl and left a message saying he was calling about property for sale.  No listings for properties for sale.  Also, same number as virtual assistance.  The  Internet sure makes it easy to check out people.  I sure wish they'd have some pride and get a real job.

I Received a call from this No. but Did not Answer it and after looking up the number I'm glad I didn't. Also, I thought I would post that, I was in Vegas Last week and received two call's one with a 949 area code and one call with a 909 area code also asking if I knew anyone who wanted to sell their property, both were hard to understand said, that they had Buyers waiting sounds like the same scam, These Scum bag's are the worst and should be in Jail!

A young man called and asked if I was the owner of this property. I said I am the listing agent and I asked him if he was interested in buying it. He said "Not really, I just wanted to know if it is still for sale" I said "Yes, It is for sale" He said "OK, thank you, that is all I need to know"!!!!

Someone by the name of Al (with either a Brit or Auzzie) accent left a message on my voice mail for property that I advertised on craiglist.org and has been sold many many moons.

Doing a little Googling I came up with:

If someone falls for this, I got some highland in Florida (biggest sink hole y'all ever saw), if y'all really really  and did I say really want to throw some serious cash my way.
