I have had the same issues. Like I really would work for someone that pushy & needy for an employee with the unemployment rate so high. This man said his name is Andreas Malte. He is representing a company by the name of MAGNOLIA TRAVEL COMPANY. I contacted that company & he is not known there at all.

This board is simply a sounding board for people to vent and inform others of scam telemarketing calls they receive.  There is no authority associated with the 800notes site to stop these callers.  In order for people to collectively stop these type calls they must act together - and TAKE ACTION!.  It doesn?t do any good to complain about a caller on this board unless you then take the next step and do something about it!  And never, never, ever engage the caller or call back the number.  The false robo callers will then capture your number as a ?live one? and use it over and over and sell it to other scammers.
The DO NOT CALL list is worthless, they do not act on anything, just build a database of numbers.
In order to do something to help stop these type calls, everyone - EVERYONE needs to file an online complaint directly with the FCC.  If they receive enough complaints about a particular number - they will act on it.  Do it today and pass along the info:

I have been getting calls from this number: 206-309-4491 (Bob and Jan) a recording, promoting some MLM scam business for YEARS!! I have hit the "9" key to have then discontinue these calls, I have ALWAYS been on a "do not call list, yet these phone spammers are allowed to continue. What good is a do not call list??

http://www.cashatmnow.com/ is their website. They call even though I am (even yesterday morning) on the No Call Registry. It is only a voice-mail when I answer that leaves the website address and if you go to the website you can't get in contact with an actual human until you leave personal information. If you call the number they leave you get the same goober on their voice-mail. The same information they obviously already have if they are calling. I would really like an actual way to handle this situation. It is not life threatening but annoying and pointless. I have done my part to prevent this from happening so why doesn't the national registry do theirs? Oh I know why they are't today!

I have been getting phone calls from these people for almost 2 years. The guy says his name is Alexander Smith and that he works for Harrison Law firm and that he is looking for a woman named Pamela Head for a open court case in computer fraud. I have told him that I am not her and that he has the wrong number and he says that my cell number is attatched to her court case so it can not be removed. The last few months the calls have been getting innapropriate, like what do you look like, are you married, will you be my girlfriend, I like your voice ex. I can blow that off, what ever, but this weekend he called me 5 times in 16 minutes. He said those listed things to me as well as adding I want to F you in the A, would you like that and just kept going. I got the police involved at that point but its a wireless number coming from Seatle Washington. The local police did everything they could and I just called the local police department and filled them in and they pretty much said sorry for ya change your phone number. I am so over this. My phone company wont block the number unless I pay 4.99 a month for it. I feel like I have no options but to pay or change my number. All these complaints, why isnt anyone doing anything about these people.

I received a call from the same guy today. I asked multiple time for his address so I could confirm he was who he stated he was. he would either try to talk over me, which was not happening or he would start threatening to have me arrested. He has even called my work and luckily I am employed at a security center and ALL calls are recorded asking for my manager. I have contacted my bank and the REAL Harrison Law firm in Seattle Wa. to advise them that this gentleman is representing him as with them. He has also threatened to contact my sister because when I did look into the loans you had to put down a personal reference. I will figure out what to do next my next stop online is to the FBI link given above. Thanks Aubrey. I like you never got a loan just looked into them after a family emergency hit right before Christmas. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!! I will NEVER do that again.

I applied for a loan online 1 time and these were the second group of people from a law firm telling me that they were going to take me to court for not paying back a loan that I never received in the first place. Tell them to f*** off and tell them that you are reporting them to the FBI. You can go to the FBI website www.fbi.gov and click on scams and I think there is a way to report them from there. They called me today and I told them that I knew they were a scam and that they could f*** off and that I was reporting them to the FBI and I hung up on them and he actually called me back and tried to get nasty and I told him that he can have one of his attorney's that speaks enough english that I can understand them call me back and I was going to say more, but he hung up on me. I learned my lesson...i'll be changing my number and my bank account number!

This guy has been calling me at work and on my cell number repeatedly. The first time he called said he was from "Harrison Law Office" but would not tell me what the call was regarding.  He then started making some inappropriate statements and even left me a voicemail telling me consecutive digits of my social security number.
