This lowlifes keep calling.  When you call the number on the CID it says its a disconnected number.

When I pick up call, they hang up...My number is on the do not call list, so I can only assume they are using a computer to dial their calls.  So irritating.

I'm on the no-call list, but these scumbags keep calling.  Calls come in from different area codes/states; won't leave messages.  One could only hope that the building they're calling from would collapse on them.

Called ID shows Bainbridge I WA, same message as yesterday but different telephone #. 206-312-9999 is a scam caller. Beware. Lowering of credit rate. Yesterdays caller ID was V07251655430011 from telephone number 407-434-9999 - same scam.

Keep getting a call from this number about reducing my interest rates.  Caller ID gives this as the name
"V07221258550036" .  I didn't answer but got part of the message on answering machine.

This is a phony number....caller ID labels "unassigned", and when you dial it, it doesn't ring, indicating an inactive number.  Somehow these F**king spammers have been able to hijack other numbers in their autodial outgoing data file.  Wish we could call in an airstrike!

I just rang them back and it said that it was a "texting number".  Odd.  Filed complaint with the FCC anyways and will definitely look into those call blocker phones.

1st time for THESE idiots! Thanks for the call blocking phones suggestions. Got this 1 on 7/20 @ 2:32 PM. The SAME fake pre recorded broad cut off but heard that lower your credit cards part & press 3 to be removed from the list. Laughable. Seems the scammers last #'s are 9999. Being on a DNC don't work or Unlisted won't help. FCC is a PITA. BBB is rigged. Like JETAMES says. We're going to look into these phones as I'm home & HATE these pains bothering me!

Calls and pretends like they speak Spanish only, when I said no comprende, they hung up.  Called them back to get off their list, same story.  I did understand they wanted to redo a loan.  I said take me off your list.

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They?re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.  
They work beautifully!  These phones also block ?PRIVATE?, ?OUT OF AREA? and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

            NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.  THEY CAN?T GET THROUGH!

                    We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

I finally gave up and bought a Digitone call blocker. (digitone.com) cost me $99.95 but you can block 80 numbers and entire area codes like 800, 888, 877, 866, 855. You don't even hear the first ring... it just hangs up on them. A little pricey, but so is my privacy.

It was urgent that I stay on the line to find out problems with my credit care accounts.  This seems like some sort of fraud.  I am on the do-not-call list and all the legit banks respect this.  So if you get this call be careful.  Don't give them any personal information like credit card numbers, or the amount you owe on your credit cards.

Purchased the Panasonic phones in Jan of this year and they have been wonderful for this type of call blocking.....just had my first call from this scam and I always check on line to see what type of business the call is from then immediately block the # if it is one I do not want to receive.  Wish it held more than 30 blocked ....that's the number of scam calls I have received to date....will have to go in and remove those that have stop the pestering daily calls!

They have called here 4 times now. I don't even have a dang credit card for them to lower the rate on.

Got the same call numerous times.  They and many other bothersome calls no longer get through because I now have call blocking!

I purchased some new cordless phones from Panasonic.  Wasn't I THRILLED that they now include "number blocking" feature!!!  Yes, you CAN block any number that calls you on a regular basis.  What happens is that the phone will ring once and then it says 'number blocked' and hangs up..  My total number of nusience calls has dropped by about 99%.  No kidding.  If you look at any Panasonic cordless phone set (I bought mine at Costco) make sure it indicates that 'call blocking' is included. IT works just great!

I got a call again today (two days ago it was from 1-407-358-9999) saying "credit card services." I am going to try to get help from"Do not call" at the Feds.

Just another scammer out to steal your money.  A phony company using the name "Credit Card Services"  has been in "business" for several years.

They use different numbers for caller ID and will not take you off their calling list.  T

They ignore the federal "Do not call" list, and may actually be out of country with a false signal generator for the number.  You cannot call back their number, as you get a blocking "Please enter your security code" message.

Sick of these calls, day in and day out. Bought an air horn. Really effective.

I just got a call from this number offering a reduced interest rate on my credit card.  The woman I spoke to kept asking me for my card number while at the same time representing herself as a member of card member services.  I told her that if she were a representative of the card company she should have that information and I refused to give her any further information until she proved she was who she claimed to be.  She hung up on me!  This was a phishing call plain and simple and I reported the call to Chase.

yes, I get these calls everyday 3 or more times . I ask to please not call also and they just hang up...I also notice the #'s are from different states also. I am on the do not call list but they manage to break through it....

Someone keeps calling from this number and soliciting lower credit card rates for my current credit cards and I don't even have any!  When I press the #3 option to discontinue these calls they keep calling anyways, and when you ask for a live operator, when they get on the line and you let them know you want to be removed they hang up!
