I got the same call from this number 2063173733 when u call it back its a majic jack number and has a very strong Indian accent and goes by the name Shane.

i just received a call from this number at ,y palce of employment. THIS IS A SCAM. this individual has called me several times starting from the year 2008 to present. He has changed his name several times. but i know the voice now. just give him your lawers name a number to keep him at bay. BEWARE!!!!!!

I doubt a government agency would change their address-proves this guy and his company are running a scam. Something tells me he has been reading about himself on this site and noticed that people were told to contact the IC3 against him, so now he's acting like HE'S the IC3 so people won't report him to them.
This guy sounds like a middle-eastern terrorist to me-he'll stop at nothing, even to pretend he's a government agency. I hope the IC3 throws him in jail before he hurts somebody.

Just called them back from another number.  They still are IC3, but now their headquarters moved to Washington, DC!!!

My call just came saying I owe the Social Security Administration money.  I am being charged with Violating Federal Banking Regulations, Check Fraud and Theft by Deception to be arrested by next Wednesday.  The conversation "was being taped" by the Attorney General of my state.  (He didn't know the state.)
The first person I spoke with I couldn't understand ONE WORD they were saying, so I was put on the phone with Senior Supervisor - Michael Berg.  He said they are out of Orange County, California.
Can't wait to call the Social Security Administration.  They will be HAPPY!!!

This foreign guy called my house and demanded 2000 dollars for a loan that i apply for and i never apply for a loan and the same voice are calling from different area codes like 3036478040 which is sedalia co and the curse at you and told me they wanted me to s*** his***** and i told him he didnt have one and they have also called from jacksonville florida and i have filed bankrupcy and my lawyer said for them to call her and he was told to do that and he tells me the case is against me not her and i wish it would stop i have kids and one on the way and dont need to answer stupid calls for crap like this and my husband got on the phone and told him to stop calling and he was told he was coming to get him and my husband said go ahead and come here and he said shut up to my husband and then hung up then 5 min later called with a different name by the same number and said they were an investator and they are nothing but scams just tell them to leave you alone and hang up

Called my work phone twice and left a message stating that there is an issue with my social security number....These people are SCAM ARTISTS....Don't give up any of your info..

I just got a call from this number with a foreign guy stating that his name is James Brown (Haha!) and he is calling me from the internet complaint center where there is a complaint against me and then the whole spiel about how I should contact him and if not he is sorry for me......so I googled the internet complaint center and after reading up on them decided this does not relate to me and then I googled the number a lookie lookie.....This is a total scam and I will not call them back nor should you.  They are obviously trying to scam you out of something!

This is a scam. You need to report to authorities immediately!

keep getting these calls from this  number he said his name was dennis moore and that he was with ic3 and that there was a legal matter against my ss number and that i should call him asap i did call him and told that i had delt with him beforwe and that the local sherriffdept and the fbi knew about him and that he could take his bs and stick it not to ever call me again

Got same call, didn't answer it-then got a text message saying "page from  (same number)".  It came up on my cell as 206-317-37330 with an extra zero at the end so you can't block it.  Again, for the 50th time, I never applied for/received any payday loan in my entire life so suck it Ragneesh!  Eat a cow, kaffer.

this  guy call  said  he was james green  and he  is with  ic3 told me  he had a complaint  on me i told him i am calling  the police

that i needed to pay now or  go to jail .have no idea who they talk to fast and canot tell me where the money i borrowed was delivered

I just recieved a call from these folks also ... it is a total scam. Report them to the FCC because they are attempting to commit fraud.

I've gotten several calls from this number and several other "phishing" phone numbers, they all seem to be from the CA area. I've already contacted the state police, but they can't do anything about it, except call the people and tell them not to call back, which they've already done, and it obviously hasn't worked... they just phish another area code and phone number to call and harass you. They all speak with very thick indian accents, and my bet is that they aren't even calling from within the country... probably a VOIP number or something like that. Contact a complaint with whatever organization you can, and block the numbers from your cell phone or land phone by contacting your phone company. This is a scam, though I'm not sure what they are looking for out of you, the first time they did this, they threatened to arrest me... for some debt I don't even owe....

They will do their best to intimidate you, I would ask as many questions as possible, without giving out any information.... *shudder*. I hope someone stops these people soon, its a little unnerving!

Keep getting calls..they left a message saying he was calling about something that i ofcourse never owed. called back..this is where it gets funny!....they ofcourse foreign and picked up said hello..no company name nothing. wanted my name and number it was calling and said i owed money to a loan place and if i paid it would be resolved. over 500 dollars..said i had this resolved and i asked to speak with someone higher than him.. then asked if i spoke spanish or something else. said no i speak english like u and he said o may gosh oh my gosh and hung up. called them back from same number and answer machine came on. attemped to call back blocking my number from showing up and i acted like i was a foreing person needed to speak with someone and he proceeded to moke back.  THIS IS A SCAM AND DON'T CALL THEM BACK! if u have a lawyer tell them about this..lets fight our rights back...

I got a call on my cell from the same name Dennis Moore and he had a heavy accent. I got scammed about 3 months ago by another fraud with a heavy foreign accent. I will not fall for it again. They are scammers!!!! Be aware they keep doing this every couple of months.

Just called me again. Said his name was Dennis Moore and was with the Internet Crime Complaint Company (IC3)... I gave him the number to my local police department to call and I have also contacted them as well

I also just received a message form a foreign guy stating that he has a very important matter to discuss with me or my attorney of  record and that this matter was very time sensitive and if he did not hear from my me or my attorney all he could do is wish me good luck.... This is a scam call the local police department right away.
