I got a fraudulent charge on my credit card from Interactive Designs also, with this same number for 12.79.

I also received a fraudulent charge on my card for 12.79. I contacted my credit card and emailed the company. Who can we contact to complain about this?

I have the same charge of $11.89 from Interactive Designs on my credit card. I didn't recognize it, so I called my credit card company to dispute it. I googled the telephone # and got this blog. I will cancel my card after finding this problem with others.

Appeared on bank statement-WHO IS  THIS ?  HOW DID THEY GET MY CARD INFO?

I didn't get a call either but fraudulent credit card charge for 11.89 from Interactive Designs also. The 206-319-7126 phone number was on my bank statement and I called it only to get a recording to email them which I did. Now I am concerned because before reading these scam messages about that number, I put my name, address and phone number in the email for them to contact me.

As a fellow scam-ee, I've had my Credit Union -- they used a VISA Debit card number -- reverse the charge. No, I didn't receive a call from them just an unauthorized charge.

Now, that's all well and good, but after visiting their site, I'm doing a complete system check of my computer to make sure their site didn't put some kind of back door on my system. I don't want some kind of keystroke logger or back door on my system.

I got a charge for $11.49 on 4/16/08 and have never done business with this Company - called the number and got the generic message. Did an online search and ended up here! Credit card company (Chase) removed the charge but didn't seem interested in the fact that this is a known scam... Disappointing. I'm going to send it in to them again through email now.

I got a charge of 12.79 on April 02 from this company. I didn't buy anything from them, I keep all my received to check at the end.  I got nothing from this company.

My WAMU was charged $11.89 from this company, unauthorized!!!  Called WAMU and am disputing.  Also called the number and left a message.  Doubt they will return my call.

I didn't get any type of phone call, I just got charged $11.89 on WAMU CC from Interactive Designs out of Seattle WA..  I called WAMU and canceled my card and reported the fraud charges.  Next step is a call to the BBB. We need to stick together on this to stop these people!

I got a charge on this on March 25 in the amount of $10.29. I never authorized such a purchase. I emailed my bank and they said to call the number. I'm going to email them back with this link. Obviously, fraud.

My CC was charged for 11.49 from Interactive Designs... called my bank about the unauthorized charge and was given this number 206-319-7126 to speak with someone from this "Interactive Designs" company.  They don't answer the phone, and ask you to leave a message or email them at support@interactiveconsults.com  How are they getting our card numbers??????

I too was charged by this company.  12.79.  I called the number and you get a recording.  I just found the charge and will be going to my bank tomorrow.  I've never received a call or purchased anything from this company.

Let your CC admin know, also if they accept email, post this address so the investigator will see that this company is up to something, if it is a company at all.

I also had a debit charge on my account for 11.89 and don't know Interactive Designs in Washington State.  Odd, as I used to live in Washington State and have moved to Florida over 7 years ago. I did not make this charge.  This is a scam. Does anyone live or has lived in Washington?

I also had the 11.89 charge, posted March 5th. The lady at my cc company didn't seem to know what I was talking about, despite this being posted by folks like us on this and another web site. So I emailed these links to the cc company. She was nice about putting a dispute on my account, but I was very surprised she didn't already have a flag about them. It seems the phone number associated with this 'Interactive Designs' has changed from 319-8144 to 319-7126, so googling both comes up with complaints.

Perhaps they're changing due to the internet postings which are giving folks a heads-up? Another website has similar consumer blogging about invalid charges.

Hi, I actually sent an email to the company and complained about the fraudulent charge and the charge was credited back to my CC 2 days later.  I also received an email reply from someone claiming to represent the company, but they never identified themselves.  My CC company says they are doing an investigation, but knowing how things are, it remains to be seen.  So try calling the number given, listen for the machine reply to get  the email address, and send a email to them saying you did not charge the $11.89, and you want it taken off, and you have notified your CC admin people.

I got an $11.89 hit on March 27. I've never used the card at Hannafords or received a call from this number.  Can't this somehow be traced to the responsible party and charges be brought against them?

Any of you folks hit, shop at Hannaford Bros grocery store by chance?  14.2 million customers had their CC and debit card info stolen since about Dec., Hannaford just released the info last week or so.

I never to my knowledge got a call from this company, but my CC got hit this month with a $11.89 charge!  WTF.

Already called the CC admin, letter and fax to follow tomorrow.

GOT CHARGED 11.49. DON'T KNOW THE COMPANY OR WHAT THEY DO. CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER, GOT THE RECORDED RUN AROUND. CALLED CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGE.
HOW DID THEY GET MY CARD NUMBER? DEFINITELY FRAUD.

I have reported the charge.

I got one too, $11.89.  Reported it to my bankcard as Fraud.

I got a charge from this number for 11.39 a scammer.
