Got similar message. At first I believed it, but when I read to the bottom asking for my full name, street address, and cell phone number, I started to doubt it. So I looked up here and found out that this is a scam. Also the information for doing a master's degree here and only rent for the summer don't match.

Its my second time getting a email like hers. I also need a roomate but I listed my phone number so they can contact me. When they send long emails like that its a red flag. They insist that they are too busy to call or out of the country. Also they give a long description of themselves and also they can have a deposit for the room . It was too much info .
Red flag__ it only takes a few minutes to call about  a room and brief inquiries.

I got scammed by Tina Ansa Jones.  I fee like a complete fool!  I wish I had checked her out before I gave her my address and cell #.  I was ready to let her come in to my place.  I just read some of the identical e-mails that she sent me and I responded and gave her lots of personal info.  I'm new at Craigslist and this will teach me to be caeful.  BEWARE EVERYONE!!!

I just got a email from her this mourning.  I posted the ad for the guy I'm renting from cause of his computer being down.  Also clearly in the ad, I gave the guy's number to call.

I just got a message from a woman claiming to be Tina Jones about a room for rent. Thanks for this post, I sent an email to see if I could get a response. We'll see what happens.

I have a housecleaning ad on Craigslist and just got this email from Tarza Finn (tarzafinn002@mail.com):

I figured it was a scam and looked her up, and here I am on this website. So it's not just rentals, this scammer will try any kind of ad.

that's pretty good, I just said I was getting therapy for my illness of pediphilia and rape.

I am having fun with them too. I did give my name and home address so "her boss" can send the funds to to me and I am to deposit the check "imediatly" and send the remainder to her "moving company. I then sent back a story of my psycological problems as a convicted rapist and pediphile but "I was going through therapy" ,,, we will see if the fake check gets here or not.
