The same thing has happened to me...I feel this is illegal and would like to know what you have done to stop this.

i've had 3 people get a fake "refernce check".  This young lady says i'm volenteering in a school this summer with children and they want to buy me a gift.  None of this is true, and they are lying and using my identity.

How can I find out who this person is?  They said the return phone number is 206-350-1089.  That number goes into a voicemail and i do not get a returned phone call.
