I been having these automated voice calling regarding to a "Google Search Data Complier". Options says to press "2" to be removed, but it never happens. What can we do to have them stop calling? Their removal option is a scam, just like them. Help!

I receive automated calls regarding "Loan Rollback Program" to cut mortgage payments in half. They leave a return number (800-487-3830) with a reference number of 241337. This is a scam. I thought automated messages were now illegal? They do give the option of being removed but that never happens. I think it just verifies that the number is an active number so they can keep calling.
