I have a good giggle over what I do.  We have a few local fake charities here that collect clothing "Donations" but resell them for profit.  They only donate things they can't resell to avoid paying to dispose of them. I made  a contact in my cell phone for scammers. Then every card services call I get, I forward to the fake charity's hotline. Set my phone to a silent ringtone for that contact and no vibe. Occasionally I see the phone light up but not ring and it makes me smile.  
The fake charities are stealing from the people needing help, so,  I have no issue harassing those that steal from the needy.  Every thing they steal hurts the real charities doing things for the right reasons.  Hope the scammers burn in hell stealing from good people trying to help the less fortunate.  We have 2 big ones in Altanta just outside the city limits to avoid discovery, They donate less than 1% and it is only  things they need to throw away.  They have one operation that is a fake and another hidden in a boiler room to get merchandise to sell. They are not registered as any recognized charity but lie and say they are a "charity".  One is in Douglasville and the other outside of Larenceville.  Local cops know all about it but since they always move just across the city limits line, local police can't touch them. Or they show the fake front business when anyone ask.

Try my trick for fun and help the genuine Charities or Churches. Need a fine Church that is making a difference? let me know!  Right now the con artist are selling things at almost 100% profit, All donated by people with good intentions.  By the way, I found them and offered to have my friends and I visit them to let them know how we felt about them, Gave them their address,  And suddenly they stopped calling me. Awwww,
Find these losers and expose them all. They advertise on Craig's list for the Quality individuals with such lovely language that are the "Agents" you get transferred to.  Does that explain the high percentages of druggies and trash talkers?

Getting a lot of unwanted calls like this one even though I am on the no call list.  These people are heartless and persistant.

I just a call from this number today and when I said hello no one said anything, but i could hear them on the line. Call was from Washington at 2:03 PM...

I recieved a call from this number 206 397 1094 and It came up as Michael on my caller ID.  I was not home to answer.

Did not pick up, caller ID read "MICHAEL"

Beware, I just got a call from this number. Caller ID says: "Michael" (nothing else).  didn't answer it. Glad I didn't, because I would have bounced a couple of Mothers before hanging up.Never, I mean never   give info like that to any solicitor. Good advice above. Always make your toll free number listed on your credit cards.

I keep getting recorded messages from this number claiming to be related to the tea party once, a right wing republican group once, and a supporter of pro-life informing me of a gathering.  They are definately calling the wrong number for my support!  It's super annoying.. blocking it!

I agree.  Our only recourse is to ignore, block and report.  Unfortunately, these criminals target mainly the elderly, most of whom were raised in a culture where you trusted in the honesty and sincerity of your fellow man.  We've come a long way since then, sad to say.

Peaparty Express hyping Karen Handel.  Guess what? Every one of these stupid robo calls is two votes for THE OTHER CANDIDATES who don't harass on the phone at dinner time, especially since we're on the DNC list.  Handel was a loser when she was in office, can't afford her as a US Senator.

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have NO available credit remaining!

This number is CURRENTLY being used by the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
