I get calls from this number dozens times in a day.  PLEASE STOP!!!

got call after entering a radio contest via text they left no msg

Unsolicited call to my cellphone last evening left automated voicemail saying it was a public opinion survey.

Received call from 206-397-1137 @ 7:35 pm on 02/01/2013. Answered call and all I could hear was some sort of a garbled message, so I hung up.

Recvd call @ 8:49pm! Chgo, Il. Not answering that one!  Rather late, even for telemarketers. Never heard of area code 206!!!

Got a call from this number on my cell phone in Alabama. I put it in the search bar and know what its about now.

Got a call from this number at 815 on a Friday night and didnt answer, not sure how they got my number

The cruise won't be free.  The survey is to see if you qualify, age, marital status, annual income, vacation preferences, etc, to attend a high pressure sales presentation for a timeshare or travel club.  The cruise is your reward for attending the sales presentation but is not really free. There are all sorts of fees that have to be paid and chances are you will have to pay to get to the port of departure.  In many cases the overall expense to you is more than if you had booked a similar cruise with a reputable travel agency.

I let the number 206 397 1197 leave a message. The message is for a cruise liner requesting a submission of a  survey for a free cruise.

Same as above. I picked up and hung up after hearing the automated recording starting to play. It made that annoying sound telemarketers use.

I suppose this is in response to everyone ignoring 800 and 866 numbers.  Thank you for providing this service.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
