This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

These robo calls can be traced to a company called Alliance home security. The have called me in excess of 5 times a day with numerouse different spoofed numbers. It all started with some FBI nonsense which is obviously fake. They are scamming harrasers that need to be shut down.

Try this suggestion that I received recently. Answer the call and then immediatedly press the number 6
repeatedly for many times. Can't say for sure that it works, but these calls have decreased.

I see that on July 19, 2012 I called the number back and added my number to their Do Not Call list (I'm on the national one, too).  They just called again today, 8/16.  Apparently, their do not call list has a lifespan of about a month.  So Annoyed!!

I received a call from this number and others claiming the free GE Security Alarm.  My solution is simple, I act excited, tell them that I want the system.  I give them my wrong name.  I give them my wrong address and phone number.

These people are in violation of Federal Law, what makes you think I a going to play nice with them?

Sick of their calls, I am in the do not call list and called them and put my number on it.

They keep calling me at least once a week. When I answer "Hello" there is no response. I repeat it a couple more times (louder each time). Nothing. Very annoying!

Yep, got the same  Robo call from a Marketing company about Free Security Install system.

They Never said who they were, they also never said who they represented.

they called from 206-397-1142 (Washington St.) but they said they were from Florida.

They got annoyed when I asked them how a Phone # from Washington called me when they are stitting in FL.  Obviously they hung up when I asked for more details to ensure they were a lagit company.    The older white lady on the phone keept the I just work here attitude.

Obviously I did Not Opt In to receive their calls.

This is not the first call from these scamers, but after today, it will be the last call from that number - Blocked!! Bye-Bye!!

Having checked here and see that this number is a telemarketer/scammer, I have now added their number to my "selective call forwarding" list.
If they call again they will get forwarded to the number of another telemarketer. They can try to scam each other.

I have asked these jokers at least nine times to stop calling.  The calls stop for about three days then start back up again.  I have reported them twice to the Do Not Call Register.  So sick of it!!!

they keep calling my number i know it is a scam. i am with ADT security and do not need a security system make them quit callimg my phone number.

I screamed so much profanity at the last one who called.  At least I get some cheap entertainment out of their annoyances.

I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call folks and am now preparing a complaint of phone harrassment to be filed with the Washington State Attorneys Office.  Just curious has anyone gotten their prize of a "free security system" or asked them to stop calling and have the calls stopped?
I believe the state of Washington is allowing these criminals to operate freely, they both need sanctions.

It won't work. They keep calling So far under three different numbers.  Today I let it ring through and if you talk to someone they have a one track mind and keep talking about how the FBI is recommending,etc.  I kept telling him that all I wanted was the phone calls to stop and I kept getting I understand but the FBI,etc.  I finally hung up.

they keep calling, i have only phone ringer turned on.  it is in the office, so i dont hear it if i am busy and not in the office.   i dont answer any calls i dont recognize, as they are Always scammers !!!   if i miss a call from a friend, they will leave a message or i will see the caller ID flashing and see who called.

this is the best way to handle these calls for ME.
i also subscribe to phone # block and have up to 30 calls i can block.  i keep unblocking the oldest ones and adding the newest ones and this forum for ID-ing scammers helps a lot also

called and they left an automated voicemail that our home has been selected for free security system -  i'm also on do not call list and should not be getting these - there probably is some loophole that they are allowed to call if it's something you 'won'

My husband has received several of these calls, and he sometimes likes to play with these people.  Theu are trying to sell some kind of security system, one said GE, the other didn't say..  When he questions them on anything or price, they get mad and tell him he is being hard to deal with.  One guy cussed him really bad and hung up!  We are sure these are scam artists trying to get all you information so they can rip you off somehow.  If you answer the call, just hang up on them.  We also get a lot of unknown caller calls.  We answer those because some of our children have unknown caller ID, but in most cases it is these scam artists.

STOP CALLING ME! I am on the friggin DO NOT CALL LIST! Is there a way to BLOCK COMPUTERIZED CALLS OF ANY KIND???? That includes elections, surveys & etc.

Just got another call from Alliance Security about a free security system, this time the call came from 909-502-2441.
