I got a call from the #, they wanted to lower my interest rate on credit cards. I don't have any, so I believe they are scammers trying to get info from people. BEWARE

Called 14 Nov 2009 and left a voicemail message on my cell phone. Wanted to "speak to me" about a very important message concerning my credit card accounts. Sounded like a scam. My number is registered with the do not call list.

Called my cell about lowering my credit card rates. I have no credit cards, and have never owned one.

This place keeps callin gme from different numbers and area codes, If there calling our cells from a dialer that is illegal.  Someone should find out the name of the company

called at 11:30 today. didn't answer. no message. out of seattle i think. don't answer this number

Since most, if not all of us, get these calls to our cell it would be cool to state what our cell carrier is with the report because I'm starting to believe that our carrier also sells our numbers to marketers. There is no other way for someone to get my cell number. (No one has this number, its for private use).

Called me a minute ago on my cell phone, "this is your credit card company, do not become alarmed, we need to talk to you about your visa, mastercard,"  I hung up. They also call from these numbers, all criminal acts in violation of FTC rules:  818-870-8100, 9785702241, 2133635177, 402-982-0585, 228-209-9560, 2133635124. Some day they will get caught and jailed.  I hope soon:)

This number just called me as well, and it was a recording saying they could help lower blah blah something credit cards to something like impress your lenders, etc etc. I do not have a credit card, but that is moot since even if I did, no phone call would be getting any info out about it of me ;P I also hung up as I did not want to wait to speak to "a live person on the line", figuring it would just be pointless.

Automated call about lowering credit card rates at 1:26 CST.  I seem to get it once a month. "Press 1 to lower your rates, press 2 to be removed from our list".  I always choose 2, but get the call again a month later.  So, pressed 1 and asked to talk to a supervisor.  While explaining to the supervisor that option 2 doesn't work for me and I want to be removed from the list- they hang up from me! Today I press 1- "Did you press 1 to lower your interest rates?" I answered "I pressed 1 but i want to be removed from your list" and they hung up.
This time I called the number back.  Eventually got through, and an automated message said: "Press 1 if you would like to be removed from our list." I pressed 1. "Thank you. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to be removed from our list"  Right, I'll see if I get another call next month.

Debt Scam  #

Called this morning at around 10 am. I was sleeping so did not pick it up. Later I checked on the phone and discovered I've been called by this number 16 times over a period of time so I decided to check online for the number and found this thread. Now I added the number to the rejected numbers list of my phone so it will not ring again for them :)

called at 12:58 Chicago time answered and hung up
