called house phone but did not leave message.  Same thing happens at least 4-6 times per month. Who ever is calling does not fellow the law because I am on the "Do not call list".

Harassing calls all hours of the night

I have caller block  but that does not always hold. The Reason "they" don't answer - it is a recording , Political.
In FACT THE MESSAGE WAS COURTEOUS. (BUT ARE'NT THEY ALL, IF THEY WANT YOUR VOTE? Whether  R" or D" - I make up my own mind).

I get calls from this @ twice in 30 miniutes.  I do not answer.....How can I block them?

I said hello twice, no response. These people call from several different spoofed phone numbers.  I called the number and received a recorded female voice that said, " Thank you very much for calling back in regard to our marketing promotions.  If you want your number entered in our do not call list, please press one."
