3 time called from this number in one & half hours. As soon as I answred they hung up on me.

Called my work number and when I picked up I heard a cruise ship horn and it told me that I won a trip to Nassau, Bahamas. I hung up before the message could end.

Rang my work phone twice and hung up

Capitol Debt Collection, Inc. based out of Phoenix, AZ, they are a company who purchases old debt(s) for pennies on the dollar (less than 7 years old).   DO NOT verify your name, phone, etc, tell them SORRY WRONG NUMBER.  

They get paid commission, for example if you owed an old hospital bill for 2000.00, they buy that debt for 200.00, if they collect, they keep 40% and send the rest to the original debtor.   BEWARE!
