We just got a call from this number. One ring. At 1:33 in the morning! It woke me up. Call ID says 'out of area'. Very annoying!

we have received calls from this number several times on our cell phone. The last time they called, I answered the phone and actually talked to them. I found out that they cannot speak English if you talk to them. But they can read it off their call sheet just fine. I told them to take us off their call list and mailing list and any other list they have and do not call again. I also said thank you goodbye. Then I hung up the phone before giving them a chance to say anything else. Hopefully that will work. If not, we will report them to the proper authorities that will take care of these issues.

This man has called several times, can't understand him, but wants to give me $1500.00  other numbers used are 707/567-8004    208/621-2025   Very rude man

who does this number be long to.... no information when you call it but thank you for calling back and says if you don't won't to receive our promotions but in your phone number.... What company is this and what do they sell.

Just spoke to some foreign dork from this number.  I asked where they got my number, and he said their researchers find the numbers for them.  When I asked the name of his company, he said "Universal Lending Group."  I told him to remove my number from all lists within twelve hours, or I was going to file charges.

You can always tell a company that the phone they've called is a corporate contracted phone number, and solicitation is not permitted.

I received a call and he claims he's from Third Pier Service offering a $1,500 cash advance.  I could not understand him with the strong foreign accent.  I accused him of solicitng and fraud which caused him to hang up.

Received a call from (206) 397-1522. The Caller ID said SOLUTIONS. The man who called had either a strong Hispanic or Middle Eastern accent, and when I said I could not understand him for the excessive background noise (it sounded like a party to me), he promptly hung up on me. As I do not have long distance, I am unable to call back. WhitePages.com says the number is unlisted, but originates from Seattle, Washington. I sincerely hope they call back so I can ask them to tell the partiers in the background to shut up. Once he offers me the cash advance, I will promptly inform him that I do not participate in scams that allow him access to my non-existant checking account, savings account, or credit card, and if they do not cease calling my home I will file telephone harassment charges against them and the company who purchases lists of unlisted phone numbers. Let's see what he has to say then!

Yeah these people are a hoax and a scam. I answered the call as well, being in the collection industry myself, these people are a joke- The guy told it was of cash advance as well. So I sarted asking him questions which he could not answer and was getting fruastrated. i asked where they were located and he said your mother's, without cursing on here, private area. I then asked what kind of company are you running there to talk to paople like this. He then said to f-off and h/u.... They will threaten to take you to court and also that they will send someone for you if this is not paid. Don't buy into it, as it is highly illegal for them to say anything like that.

I got a call today at 1:36 PM and the guy said he was with Bell.  ID said Washington 206-397-1522.  I hung up and had told him not to call here again.  I phoned the number back and it asked if I didn't want to be called anymore to press "1" and within 72 hours my number would be removed.  I also had a call yesterday at 11:26 AM and it sure sounded like the same guy.  ID said Unknown Caller and no number.  He said he was from Bell and he was in Calgary, Alberta.  I told him not to call back.  I called the number and it said it was not in service.  It's been quite a while since I have had any of these kind of calls with being on the NCL Canada.  Back in February I had a call from Washington also from a number similar, 206-397-1543 and seems to me it was the same guy.  What crap eh.

indeed if collecting they are required by F.D.C.P.A. to only make calls between 8am and 9pm in the debtor's time zone

well i don think these r scams they sound pretty legit to me and i believe evrythin n ya iv been approved for the cash in advance i hav also received it in my checking acc......

Hey watch these calls that ask you to push a number to be removed from a call list!  I have received a text on my cell saying it was from my credit union & that I needed to call regarding my account.  There was a number that I called and some recording came on not even mentioning the name of my credit union, so I didn't respond to it.   This really concerned me so I contacted Information to find out where the number was from & they more or less said it was non existant.  Then the very next morning I get a phone call from my credit union saying someone tried to access my account (From flipping Kansas & I live in Oregon!) at some Motel in the amount of 20 bucks, I had to go through the headache of cancelling my debit and getting a new pin#.  Alot of these calls are from scammers trying to lure us in.  Like all the Nigeria emails saying there are millions in the bank with your name on it and calls from India wanting all your personal information. I just feel sorry for the people who fall for these scams and end up getting taken advantage of and ripped off!  BEWARE!

Just received three phones calls said i took a loan from Cash usa owed them money and they were going to collect from my two friends, and he told me to go to hell on the phone.

I only answer friends calls on my cell phone and don't want this number or any like it calling me again.

I have gotten numerous calls from them.  They call my cell phone and ask for someone named Ken/Kenneth about a loan he applied for.  I don't know anyone by that name.  I thought it was an accident at first.  I was going to try to call the Better Business Bureau on a company named "Your Grant Assessment" but obviously they don't exits.  I have gotten the same kind of call from many different phone numbers in many area codes despite repeated attempts to be put on a Do Not Call list.  I have just gotten on the National Do Not Call list.  Hopefully this will help since nothing else has.

I received a call from this number. The heavily accented man claimed to be with Medicare and ultimately wanted my Banking numbers. I did not give them out, questioned him and reported the number, spoof or not, the the Federal Trade Commission and Medicare.

HSBC is the Hong Kong Savings Bank of Canada as far as I know.

Now they will call you twice as much just to irritate you.

This number called me today ( May 19th, 2010) and many other days in the past. Its about being dept free for free. And there are no ways to call them back. And when I press 2 to remove from calling list as the machine suggests, it does not remove because I keep getting calls. And when I press 1 to speak and tell them to remove me they just hang up as soon as I say I am not interested. This crap is bugging me to death. Please somebody do something.

Nonsense repetitive calls, answer and they hang up. Doesn't leave a message ever, wish they would stop calling.

Got call from 2063971522 Monday may 17th around 7pm.  Started in on how I was pre-approved for something and I cut him off and asked him his name. He said Mike.  Yeah, person-with-heavy-Indian-accent, right. Your name is not "Mike" and it was obvious scam.  He went on with his sales pitch but I just said 'put me on your do-not-call list' 2 or 3 times until he said ok and hung up. Don't know if they really have a 'do-not-call' list (especially if they are outside the country) or just figure I wasn't biting so not worth calling back.  Either works for me.  How do these people get our numbers?
