This is a part of TELCO 214 & TELCO 214 US ~ they are an $82M a year SCAM by a Michael Butler and Steven D Wood. THEY OWN a Telephone number provider Company that changes numbers OFTEN and has ACCESS to TONS of Phonenumbers. They are at 2571 KIRBY Circle NE, PALM BAY, FL ~ This SCAM has become VERY LARGE AND VERY ORGANIZED. I'm working my investigative a** off until I can NAIL these A***OLES to a BOARD. USE SUNBIZ.ORG ~ FL GOV site and do a lookup on Telco 214 they also use ~ ibsa, us. Inc. ~ $1.3 MILLION WEEKLY.

The card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

ALSO CALLED FROM 206-397-1975
| Annoyed-in-VA 2013-12-06 03:04:50 Telemarketer |
I have had calls from three numbers so far:
360-322-6684
206-397-1895
206-397-1975
All come in on Caller ID saying ?Bankcard Svcs?
I configured NoMorobo.com to block these calls. It took me about 15 minutes to follow their tutorial and set up their free service. It?s the best 15 minutes I ever spent!
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about the first ring. But once NoMorobo recognizes caller id as a ?telescammer?, they simply pick up, and hang up. So I never have to listen to the long, involved messages from ?Rachel?, or the car Warrantee Company, etc. on my voice mail.

PEOPLE!
Do not answer these calls. I you do , you can count on receiving more calls from them and from the jerks they sell your "live number" to.
Get a phone blocker. There are many on the market. Most are not expensive and do a fabulous job, You program each of these telephone numbers into their data base and voila! The blocker will block it...some of them do it after one ring. You can choose the message you want to give them, such as, "You have reached a number that is no longer working. Please make sure you have the rigfht number and have dialed it correctly." It sounds just like the real thing.
You can also get a phone (Panasonic is one of them) that blocks calls.
Do not let these jerks ruin your life. Don't pick up the phone, EVER. Just look up their number on this website and/or others like it and have the bad numbers blocked. Don't worry abvout missing a letigimate call if you get a phone blocker. Legitimate callers leave a message.

A recording telling me I could save money on my credit card accounts. I have no credit card accounts. This number will not stop calling and it is driving me crazy.

this is a Nigerian boiler room phishing scam using a Seattle Washington exchange. Verizon refuses to be bothered even though I have received calls from this number for at least a year.
Call your phone carrier and complain. Don't give them any information. The Nigerian woman I spoke to called herself "Donna" with a heavy accent.

Just received a call from this number. Caller said he worked for "Bank Card Services." Wanted to lower my credit card interest rate and asked for my credit card number. When I didn't give it to him (AKA Chris Johnson??) he called me a "bi***" and hung up...I just reported the call to my credit card company fraud department.

This caller has been calling for years, she always leaves a message, referencing the financial stimulus ... I believe her name is Rachelle, I have blocked so many of her calls but she changes to another number. We will never be able to get rid of these callers. Hopefully Comcast will increase the number of calls I can block, now it's just 12. When my block calls reach 12 I have to purge the older ones to make room for new ones and sometimes the old ones start calling again because they are no longer blocked. What a vicious circle. I wonder if the framers of the constitution would have modified the 1st amendment to exclude telemarketers from freedom of speech. It's still not too late to do it now.

That is what the V-Dialer automatic dialer causes to be displayed on Caller ID. It means you were called on Nov 18th at 16:43:10 (4:43pm and 10 secs) their time and were call 0028 in the current sequence of calls.

That's similar to another issue on this discussion board. A debt collector (National Recovery Agency) is calling and if you answer they will claim you owe a debt. However, if you don't answer they spoof the phone number of the National Rifle Association as a call back number and when people call it they swear that it was them who is harassing them. Explaining how these scammers and lowlifes operate and for some to understand all of the little tricks these lowlifes use, can be difficult for some who have never been exposed to these scam methods.
| DGB 2013-11-22 15:51:49 Unknown |
They are getting smarter. I asked them for a call back number and they gave me the real VISA center number and said they would call me back in 15 minutes. They never did.... HMMMM.

On 10.31.13 "Bankcard Services" left a message - again. Said I needed to look into lowering my rates - only limited time. I did not answer the phone. They have called me several times in the past. I never answered the phone except one time - for my entertainment. It said to press such and such number to talk to a person, so I did - for my entertainment. The little creep women started her pitch, telling me to go locate my credit card and give her the number. I said to her that if her company was calling me about my credit card which they held, should she already be knowing that number. She hung up. I called 911 and the police stated that there is such a flood of such calls that they could not track and prosecute them and to just ignore them.

This is just another scammer. Please read Joe's comment from October 23, 2013. He has some good advice. In summary, never acknowledge who you to an unknown caller, or press 1 to remove your number. It's best to just not answer the telephone and screen your calls.
