number popped up on my mobile...we have family in WA, so I returned this call...no answer...some guy named "Matt Olsen" on the voicemail

These phone calls are from a Prize center. People working from home are calling you. They are only telling you what their employer is telling them to tell you. Give them a break. They are trying to make a living as well. :)

Can't confirm since I live in California but if that's correct we should add that to a junk mail list or two or mabey all we can find.

Received a message claiming I won ans SUV, trip or flatscreen tv and to call back so they can verify i'm a prize winner

Here's the message: "Hello.  I'm calling on behalf of the Verification Center.  We're calling in regards to an entry form that you filled out at a mall or movie theater for a new SUV, some kind of a trip or a flat-screen TV contest.  If yours is a valid entry, we may have some exciting news for you.  Please call Matt Olsen at (206) 420-7530.  Mr. Olsen will validate your entry, answer any questions you may have and if this is a valid entry, assign you a claim number.  Again, Matt's direct line is (206) 420-7530.  We look forward to speaking with you soon and good luck!"

Same thing here.  They told me to call Matt Olson also to claim my prize.  This is such a scam.  I would like to know who gave them my cell phone number though.

My phone rang, then went to Voice mail. Got  Message to contact Mr. Matt Olson in regards to claym one of my prizes: an SUV, Some big TV and something else...can't remember. I called Mr. Olsen got a voice mail that whas actually his and left a message to call me back so he could send me my prize.

Bogus? YEAH!!!why they do it? No clue...someone who has too much free time...or Mr Olsen is just a lonely guy who needs attention?

Recorded message stating that I won either a vacation package or a flat-panel TV in a drawing.  I must call Matt Olson at 206-420-7530 in the next 24 hours to verify if I am a winner.

Received call on 11-26-07 @ 3:07PM.  Caller ID showed:  FAUVER Tess
Message left on answering machine said call was in response to a web entry I had made. BOGUS, BOGUS, BOGUS.  The message went to say if this was an entry that I had made to call Matt Olsen tollfree @ 206-420-7530.  Needless to say, no contact by me was made.
