This number was the fax where I was supposed to send a copy of a receipt from Moneygram to pay for a car. ($4500) Did my research and this is a total scam.

They tried to scam me out of $4500 for a car.  Figured out in time and didn't bite. Scary how close I came and I thought I was pretty aware. Pity the poor people who get taken. Names on scam: Larry Anderson and Ron Sawyer.
