Receving calls from  (206) 426-6290 and I am on the Do Not Call List.  I don't know how they got my number - message said I was referred to them as a person of integriy.... with THEY were!

I recevied a call from 206-426-7520 when the computer voice started asking if I had anyone in my house that wanted to quit smoking I hung up. Normally I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Should have followed my rule. I am on the do not call list

It sounds like I’m in for a number of missed calls, showed as “Unassigned on caller ID). I turned off the ringers on all my phones years ago and don’t even know when there’s a call. Then I just hit “Delete all” on my way to bed at night.  Don't even know there's I call unless I hear them leaving a message. When this idiot (International Telcom Ltd.) started talking about mortgage rates, I just cut off the caller.

It was a junk call trying to sell mortgages.  They didn't identify themselves.  I have blocked the number.

got a call and traced it to Seattle WA....The message stated "This is the STAN Company, protect yourself now and hang up"...(sigh) it is SO easy to track to this call to a geographical location, IED-booby trap this place as an example to all those who dare invade our homes with this b***s***.  ...where's my Xanax?

I just called this number to ask that I be taken off their list and got a recording by a guy w/a Southern accent saying, "This is a scam company. Protect yourself and hang up."

How does that happen?

i called this number and it was forwarded to a voicemail system for 4082064267 which is a wireless number based out of milpitas california

Same story - annoying mortgage refinance scam. When told I was on the DNC list I was told that it did not apply to mortgage companies. Must be a new exception with which I am unfamiliar. I will report them to the donotcall and state AG, but I think that calling them regularly would be entertaining. I wonder if anyone there needs refinancing? Or perhaps a ShamWOW?

This telemarketer calling about mortgages, must be in violation of the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry.

However, this is a "fake" web site for pc-shark. Looks like an "out of the box" default web site with made up names.  Look over the web site and you'll see they are too lazy to update the rest of the template they used.

I called the number from a different phone this morning and got this message

"this is a scammed company, protect yourself and hang up"

These are all harassment calls and should be reported to the FCC.  Use the URL   www.fcc.gov  and look on the left-hand side of the web page to find access to a complaint form.  It is easy to fill out and report the harassment.

The FCC then takes that information and investigates the calling party, based on the information you provide in the complaint (time of call, was there any message, caller ID, do you owe this firm any money, etc.?).

If your complaint is valid, the FCC can fine the calling party $10,000

I have filed a half-dozen complaints over the past five years and always obtained follow-up from the FCC and in most instances, the calls stopped.

Be active!!  Your complaint is important!!

Too busy to change the message today, but every time I check, the message is the same. No more harassing phone calls either! Huh!

Just got this call here in Maryland and reported it to the Do Not Call list people

I just called the number, and your outgoing message is still up there! Please thank your husband for his important contribution to the betterment of our society ;-)

See earlier response to ""TRULY SICK OF ALL THESE CALLS". This company has been unable to get back into their voice mail system as of today (nearly 24 hours later). Just for laughs, call 'em and listen to the new outgoing message... Instead of "All our loan officers are currently busy with other customers, please leave your name and number, blah, blah blah", it's now "This is a scam company. Protect yourself! Hang up now". We're thinking of changing it later to "All our agents have gone to work for the TSA and are currently fondling "junk" at the airport orsomethinglikethat. Any other suggestions? Leave whatever message you think is appropriate.
