I keep getting calls from this # never leave a message, sometimes its 3 times a day. I don't have any credit cards or mortgage they won't leave me alone

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Got a call today from this no..Didn't pick up, but it makes me mad that some punk from
anywhere in the world can upset  me lie this. They probably read these posts and get their
kicks from them. Typical cowards.

206-445-6138 home security spammers.

Received a call from 1-206-445-6138 under wireless caller.  Said don't hang up this is not a telemarketer.  Said you get free installation, etc. but had to pay a monthly fee.  Wanted telephone #. I asked how much was the monthly fee, couldn't tell me but wanted my telephone#.  Politely thanked her for her time and hung up.

I pick up these calls just to harass them as they do me.

Them: Who Am I speaking with?
Me: You called me, you tell me my name!

Them: The auto system dials the numbers
Me: Do you know that it is not legal to call me?

Them: Do you want to take advantage of our offer?
Me: Do you want to hear how annoyed I am that you are breaking the law?

Them: Do you want to take advantage of our offer?
Me: Do you want to hear how I'm going to file a report with the FCC?

Last time I got one of these calls I screamed into the phone since I was home alone.  This time I didn't want to scare my granddaughter.

I registered a complaint with the "Do Not Call List" We all need to keep complaining. I called this number back, got a recording stating that if I wanted to be placed on their do not call list key in my ten digit number.  When I did this the response for verifying the number was only some 4 digit number.

Called bk & lady denied calling me even when I told her I was looking at her #.   I could hear other (call center?) voices in the background.

Called left no message.  What is the donot call list for? Waste of taxpayets money.

I started getting calls from this number AFTER I applied for a customer service job with ADT.  I don't think it's a coincidence that they're selling home security services...

My number is on the national do-not-call list.   I got so tired of NOT answering calls from this number, that I finally answered it today where I could tell them to quit calling.   It has a recording stating that they were selling security systems.  I held and held, but the phone eventually went dead, so I called them back.  It went straight to a recording telling you to enter your phone number if you wish to have your number removed from their "preferred customer" call list.   Never did say the name of their company.  URRG!!

2Gig Alarm sales call. They start out the recording with "this is not a sales call. Don't hang up." Then they use a "Fear" sales tactic that "your neighbor's house has just be broken into"....press 1 if interested, 2 if not. I let Stephanie waste her time and read the sales pitch speech (as fast as she could) in which she asked if I owned a home and for my phone number (in case we got disconnected). I told her that was very unlikely and declined. After all, they called me. I then asked her  why her company violates the Do Not Call List. She had a 3 second speech to cover that with "you have the #2 option" and ended the call with a curt "have a nice day."

Any number that looks weird gets a  SEND/END  from me.  I don't want it leaving a message and using up my minutes on my voice mail.  Still have to delete the notice on the cell phone which is getting old too.

I received a call from this number but I just let it go to the answering machine.  It actually came up on the caller ID under the name of "telemarketer."  I don't think I'd ever seen it say that before (at least I don't remember it, anyway).  No message was left.  I've been getting calls "left and right" about trying to sell me home security systems from MANY different numbers.  I keep blocking them through my telephone service provider (digital telephone service through the cable company), but I'm soon going to be running out of numbers left that I can block.

These people are a pain-never leave a message or scare the crap put of you with a message like "don't hang up this is a national security alert" and then you find out they're trying to sell home security systems. Oh and when you hit don't call anymore-it does not work! A$$holes.Plus I'm on the No Call List too.

Received to calls back to back. I have Via Talk VOIP which has a great program for routing unwanted calls. I routed/forwarded that number to another companion span number.

Rcvd call @ 10:10 this morning (05/18/12). Didn't pick up.  

Do Not Call is about as useful as hip pockets on a hog.

Just got a call from 206 445 6138.  The caller ID read "telemarketer."  Such honesty is unheard of!  Of course I picked up the phone and put back down at once.  I'm also on the DNC last which is pretty useless.  At first the annoying calls dropped off, but then the telemarketers decided there was no reason to obey the law and they're back in greater numbers.

Consistently receiving calls from this # selling security systems even tho I'm on the unwanted call list.  If you listen to the recording they tell you to press 2 to be taking off the list and not called again - which I've done twice - but they keep calling anyway.

I just received a call from Jenny who refused to provide me her contact information but asked for my number to have a security specialist in my area to contact me. I was suspecting this call to be a scam as wll, but I did provide Jenny my info and Dan Spencer from 203-691-6973 called me back to offer me his security services in my area... It is interesting to read all of the complaints because Dan Spencer hungup on me on the phone as soon as I started questioning him about his company.

I already have a security system. I also am on my state and national do not call lists. Which are  worthless & a waste of time to sign up for. They still call.

Never try to logic your way through the call and never provide any information to them. They will rob you.

Still another call from an unknown security system company.  Asked to be removed from their call list many times, but they use another number each time they call.  The only way to stop the repeatedly anonying calls is to answer and tell them to remove you from today's list.
