Received the call from this number, did not answer, no voice message left. I live in San Diego.

Received whle phone off, no message.

Receive a call from 206-445-6215 today at 7:20PM PT. I am in San Diego. No message left in the voicemail.

They called on my cell phone.  I don't give out my cell phone number to anyone, only my immediate family.  No message was left, I was able to trace it to Seattle, but no further details, it came up "private".

DONT ANSWER, ITS BS  AND A SCAM

I have an app called "call control" which is free and very effective. Any number not on your contact list automatically goes to voice mail, and if they don't leave a message you never see anything other than that a call was blocked. This number got through because part of the robocall left a message (some scam for homeowners). I called back from an untraceable number (a good old fashioned trunk line), and got the FCC message too, which I suspect also is a sham just to get a verifiable phone number to sell.

I received a call at 3:37pm the evening of July 10, 2013. Called back. Went straight to voicemail.

Received call around 1815 PST. Line was very clear, no sound whatsoever. I hung up after 15 seconds or so.

Cell phone rang for 9 seconds on 7/19/13 at 2:50 p.m. - No msg.

When dialed number - msg said "Auto Opt-out service is required for this number, per FCC regulations.:
The message goes on requiring confirmation that this number called my cell phone, by pressing a number on the pad.
This could be a drone, that upon clicking on the confirming the solicitation number, it records your cell phone as a valid phone number to sell to telemarketers.

Called. I answered. They hung up. Googled number and found this so I have added it to my IBlacklist App. Goodbye.

Cell rang 4x and didn't leave a message. Caller from WA state.

Same as above.  Call came in around 130 pm, answered, no response on the other line.  Then it disconnected.  Seattle number and I'm in San Diego.

Left a voicemail on my mobile, solicitor regarding an offer for home owners.

Another robo scam that failed to deliver the automated message.

Received call and did not answer.  Did not know no.  I am on do not call list.  Don't know anyone in Seattle.

Called my cell phone at 12:45.  I didn't answer and no msg. left.

Called me I didn't recognize the phone number so I let ring. No message was left on voice mail.

I know. If it was from San Diego electricity ,  why the area code was from Washington .

Pretty much the same as most, rang and no message left. I did call it back and got an automated message that said I could get on a do not call list.

I got a missed call as well, no message, but if this is "SDGE" it's obviously a lie. I live in Indiana so there is no way I'm late on a payment. And why would they be calling from a Washington state number?

My husband and I both got a call from this number but did not answer. We are in San Diego as well.

I received a call from this number, it said it was from sdge electricity company.  Letting me know I was late on the electricity payment bill. Then I went home to talk with my husband about it; he said " no we not late"

Just received a call didn't recognize, did not answer.

Called and disconnected when we didn't answer right away.

Called 07/02 @ 3:15 p.m. Missed call. Left no message or id.
