The woman caller (extremely) foreign sounding identified herself as representing the US Treasury Dept.She asked for my husband by name. She wanted to give me 7k if I would do this that and the other--. Blah, Blah. She said she needed our address, etc.
Our caller ID said "Service Call".

I've received a few calls from this number over the past few days on my cell phone. I pick up and then the phone is ringing, but no one answers, and then they disconnect. Anyone know what's going on?

They told me they will give me a 40% off my verizon phone bill and then i checked the number and it wasn't from verizon... Why are they?
